Happy New Year!

Salford are going to come right at us from the off I feel, hurting from Boxing Day (and 4 losses in a row). If we see out that frenetic start then we have every chance. I'd take a 1-1 now though.

Also, be interested to know a league average for completing the Boxing Day/NYD double? I don't think it's very high.. a quick check and we've not managed it since completing the double over Telford in 2012/13. Here's hoping that ends today

Happy New Year!

Football on New Year’s Day is a crap idea, take the extra day like the jocks.

Orient Away, we will get nothing from this one, take a point right now.

Bromley again. 3rd time in 18 days (with the possibility of another due to Bromley potentially playing an unregistered player in our FA Trophy tie). And we’re on TV

I somehow forgot to put the fixtures up...........

I am expecting a rather slow affair after all these games in such a short space of time!

Going to be problems at this game with our lot trying to get in the home end. You can still pay on the gate in the home end, laughable.

I reckon we'll get a red card or something early. We'll be reffed out of this today as the National League are concerned their golden goose has the shits all of a sudden.

Perhaps that's part of why you're [& orient etc] still in this league? 'we'll be reffed out' 'get a red card' etc
if you start being more positive it might happen. 'we're on form & we're going to smash Salford' would be better :)

anyway i'd prefer you wait til Saturday evening to say 'we were reffed out of that game' 'we got a bad red card' etc

Probably have gary neville as ref... Phil neville and nicky butt running the line... ...would still an improvement on sam allinson or the ref v solihull though.

There was fighting when we went down there for a night game, they grossly underestimated how many we'd bring think it was close to 600, kicked off before the game had even finished.

Boro have recalled Luke Armstong so that should help us out a bit, still yet to beat Gateshead in this pissing league, could do with that changing today please!

We did it the last two years but Woking decided to get relegated and we lost to Maidenhead last week. If we lose again today I fear we could go down.

I think I’m witnessing B’wood’s largest ever away following for a league match (It’s still only 300 odd).

1-0 Evil.

Newly tinpot Matt Green shushes our fans when there's probably more of them there than his own.

Salford have let Wrexham fans with home end tickets into the away end so they've had to open another section to accommodate us. Tinpot.

Footballwise, it's not looking good. We look oddly nervous and some of our players are clearly tired. At least we're only 1 down, still all to play for.

Surely as a referee you come to a Borehamwood match knowing that they’re going to be a nasty cynical team. The amount of holding and wrestling going on is ridiculous. They’ve given Coulthirst a tombstone about 4 times already.

Haven't we played the same XI in all the games since Boxing Day? The players are probably physically gone after that rugby match 3 days ago.

Edit: We've actually played the same XI the past 4 matches in the space of 10 days. It's too much at this level, that.
