Bromley are serious promotion contenders, and I'd expect Michael Cheek and Reeco Hackett will score at least 40 between them this season. Don't think there's a better strike partnership in this division than Cheek/Hackett.

Barra's forum/twitter on the game last night has been brilliant reading. Apparently we were a narky physical side who time wasted and had the ref in our pocket. This is what 10 teams a season do at the Vic to get their wins. Are we FINALLY learning how to get results in this league?
Calm yourself Brother*. You've seen all this before remember, the crushing despondency is merely just around the corner and you'll wonder why you got these giddy thoughts. You're a lifer on this wing, same as us.

Yeah you're right, I've been strangely positive recently. Time to snap out of this recent destructive line of thinking. Now, how many are Woking gonna smash us by on the box Saturday night?

Hey listen Brothers, it's not your fault. It takes time to realise your team is shit. Sure I get that. The good and bad news is, it's not permanent. It does change and get better, but ONLY when you've been here long enough to lose all hope, long enough for that existential despair to seep into your soul and become part of who and what you are. It takes time. But one day, when that great big referee in the sky decides all of your false vanity has been purged, he'll send one of his angels to save you. His angel will sprinkle stardust on your team, turn those ugly frogs who've brought you nothing but shame and humiliation into handsome, dashing princes. Your angel will lead you back into the Promised Land. My Brother's, I cannot tell you when your own angels will arrive, but what I can tell you is, he won't arrive in a clap of thunder or a bolt of lightening, he'll walk in quietly without fanfare, but you will know him. My Brothers, we're going Back To our Future in the Football League. See you there. :ds:

We should have beaten Maidenhead. That bloke won't hit a better shot the rest of his career. We are cursed.

That said we weren't very good, as we haven't been all season. Still beat Halifax though, how are they top? They are rubbish.

Just a case of a Tin Pot outfit raising it's game for their cup final against one of the big boys, I guess, huh. Anyway, jolly well played little fella, will you be getting a tattoo to honour the result? :woot:

It's a rubbish league and we're hovering over the relegation zone. If that (on top of all the other stuff) isn't reason enough to want Hughes out I don't know what is.

Spencer Harris needs to leave his post as well.

It's not looking great.

I don't want Hughes to foal because he's one of my favourite Wrexham players. But signs are not good.

I keep telling myself we could easily have won some of the games we drew, but tbh we could easily not have won the oens we did.

Making one of the best defences in the league look so ropey is a skill in itself. Credit where its due.
