Okay, for some of us the first game was a wash, it's a good job we play 15 games in August so we can quickly get over the disappointment, or add to it some more, Notts/Stockport looks to be the pick of the games, should be a decent sized crowd?

We really could do with some points here, FC Halifax had a good win Saturday albeit against 10 men, still they can only beat whats in front of them and pumping in four goals will give them confidence, we need to be so much different than Saturday or we'll get turned over again, we were slow and ponderous and rarely a threat, I'd imagine there'll be several changes for us, Featherstone will start in midfield, Kitching will come in at LB, I'd personally bring Niko Muir back in but he probably won't.

We aren't great attendance wise midweek generally but I'd still expect 4,200 ish.
Need to try and get 2-3 in today especially centre backs.

Christ knows who will play for us. Two suspensions now and no idea who is actually fit.

First few weeks is an exercise in keeping pace as much as we can really but this looks potentially winnable. Think we’re likely to be much stronger at home than we are away.

Turner should start at least which is a huge positive - would probably have turned a frustrating defeat into a useful 0-0 draw had he started at Eastleigh.

Huge game for us against chorley. They normally do well against us as well. Always difficult to play against. Well organized and strong defensively. However, we're strong at home. Narrow home win

Looking forward to the game, excellent test for us, we will, come with no fear, you are right we are very solid at the back but we know what a good side Fylde are so we will see, no doubt we will bring a decent support, shame the game wasn't on a Saturday.

Yeah I said that to my mate. Record crowd at our gaff was against chorley. Just shy of 4 thousand. Looking forward to it

Hopefully a good result at home to Eastleigh to get our first points on the board. Hippolyte is a doubt which is a blow as he's a good player and we don't exactly have many replacements to choose from.

Pete Wild appears to have pulled off a minor miracle in his ten days or whatever it is at the helm. But a very reassuring friendly win and the best result in all the professional leagues this weekend, against a side expected to struggle, will be part of a patchy record if followed by a loss at home to Hartlepool. Keep in mind that despite the four goals on Saturday, we lack a proven goalscorer anywhere on the field.

The manager hopes to be getting in a new player for tomorrow, which we've heard dozens of empty times with the last two managers, but carries a renewed promise with this chap. In the 5:1 chance it's The Evil striker Devante Rodney then everybody in Halifax will catch the B2TF disease for at least a week.

I'm just really excited to see us at home. Usually 1,300–1,400 home fans turn up for that midweek game, but people sound excited and I'd hope with another Brotherhood side we'd want to cram a few more in. We haven't played at home all pre-season.

Shots are at Woking, usually a bank holiday fixture as we are so close. Too early in the season to predict, could well be a draw. Games always “feisty”.
Concerned about issues off the pitch; away ticket allocation quickly sold out. Home entry not all ticket. There’s a bit of history..... Hope I’m wrong.

Watch out for the sniffer dogs too.
Got a feeling it’ll be a 1-1.

I will not be going to Sutton Utd tomorrow. Last season’s fixture was a contender for dullest match of the season and it also showcased Gime Toure’s unique striking talent all too well.
We may be a bit light at the back, in which case a gritty draw would be a decent result.

I wouldn't risk anyone who is not 100% fit on Sutton's pitch so we may start the game without a striker again.

Think we'll struggle and would definitely take a point.

Notts County away for us tomorrow. Both teams suffering defeat on the opening day so both teams looking to kick start their respective seasons.

Maidenhead was a very frustrating afternoon. I said after 20 mins or so this had 1-0 to them written all over it and so it turned out to be.

Hopefully Notts will come out and play against us which will favour our useful counter attack.

Fingers crossed for 3 points to the REAL County.

Tough away game against Solihull for us. Would take a draw, think our defence is better suited to play against big strikers such as McCallum and Bliss.

Was really up for this Dover game even though it meant last train back from London to Essex at half past midnight, well that was until the shambles on saturday. Will save my money for Halifax as trains all booked up for that and a guaranteed 3 points.

Unless Taylor changes it I see us getting nothing apart from nil.

Can we call all our August games pre season friendlies?

Got a horrible feeling we are going to get turned over and see the crowd turn on the players and management. We aren't known for being patient

Seeing how ineffective our wide players were at the weekend I wouldn’t be against us going 3-5-2 for this but I doubt Gannon will change much.

I would hope that with BW having played for a lengthy period with ten men, we might have slight edge in this one. It would nice to build a bit momentum before the tougher game at the weekend.

Not happening I’m afraid unless he signs from Eastleigh in the next 24 hours.
Did you sign Zebroski by the way? Saw he was trialling with you lot.

Whooooosh.

He was trialling with us but we haven’t signed him (yet). We have three strikers now so unlikely we will.

Surely a 2-1 win either way? The last 5 matches at Kingfield have all been 2-1....

Harrogate at home for us and a chance to erase our 1st half brilliant 2nd half shit problem... we scored one of our best #Barracelona goals last season against Harrogate, then threw away a 2 goal lead to draw 2-2. If we can put together 90 mins like the 1st half against Wrexham (with a little better finishing) someone will get hammered this season - it probably won't be tomorrow against Harrogate though

Yep expecting it to be tight, I think your aerial presence will be too much for us though, especially with our 6ft 6 centre half limping off on a Saturday.
Should be a good game, looking forward to it.
