We've not won away from home in the league in 4 months - Since we beat Wrexham 2-0 back at the end of November.

After losing to Maidenhead 2 weeks ago, we've simply got to win this to even be considered for the title. Havant looked low on quality when we beat them 4-0 and Fylde put 6 past them last week.

The FA Trophy is probably going to see us end up in the playoffs at least, because I can't see us gaining enough wins with the fixtures we have left and playing Saturday-Tuesday from the back end of March through till mid April.

We have 2 games in hand - Away to Barrow on Tuesday and home to Fylde at the end of the month, I don't think we've got the consistency to win both.

We've got the best home form in the league and look a different team under Bryan Hughes. Having said that, Wrexham never do things the easy and Sheridan is turning things around at Chesterfield, they seem to do alright away from home as well.

Gonna be a tough game but hoping the mid week jaunt to The Hive will have taken it out of them a bit. Think we have enough quality to win but depends how we play.

Gonna be a big gate for this one, hoping for around 7-8k.

If they're a true Brother then they'll let us win. I've had my doubts about them all season though.

Not the only one, their continued conduct all season will be raised at the AGM.

If I may add my mitigation in advance of the AGM, Brother Chesterfield have shown their commitment to the restoration of the Natural Order by kindly donating six points to Orient’s promotion cause this season, and at a time when it appeared that we were all that stood between The Evil and the Promised Land.

Of course if they get taken over by tinpotchairmanmao.co.uk, then I motion that they be stricken from the Brotherhood and, indeed, history itself.

Seconded. Chesterfield are the one Brother I’m not sure I can trust. The black sheep of the family for sure.

Would be a huge result if we can win this before Orient away.
We're expecting a bumper crowd, I was going to mention our seemingly poor record in front of big crowds in recent years, but the 5-1 trouncing of Salford on Boxing Day hopefully bodes well...

We’re 9 points off the play offs (a.k.a mid table nothingness) and we’re on a fantastic run. Need a few favours from those above but we just need to keep doing what we are and we’ll see what happens.
Good opportunity to continue that form against Boreham Wood who have failed to score in their last three.

If a team is gonna do it it'll be your lot, decent going forward I thought and that big lad at the back is an absolute unit!

I’d be happy with a goal tomorrow. 3 and a half games since we last scored

I'd be happy with a point against old Dosser and his team of fatties, hopefully they don't kick lumps out of us and we come out of it with a clean bill of health.

A goal would be nice.

6 league games without a win now and we are desperate for three points. Our home form has been absolutely woeful this season and I fear a low scoring draw or narrow defeat is on the cards.

Na you’ll be ok, don’t be surprised if they ‘concede’ a penalty to you either.

I know you’re a one or two joke wind-up but we rarely give away penalties. So if you’re going to do one of your few jokes, please at least base it in fact

So we're nailed on for at least two penalties on Saturday then?

Yep. Or if the ref sees what they are up to, it'll be own goals. They'll try anything to avoid finishing in the playoffs.

Only 15? Bloody hell. Thought it was more than that.

I'll be very disappointed if we don't get at least another two tomorrow.

Since the National League won't allow us to play Braintree every week, i'm expecting us to revert to Aldershot nil against Gateshead, especially considering that Rendell is definitely out and Mensah is 50/50

You must know by now that betting companies solely exist on their incomes from baffling national league results.

Avoid.

The same Salford City that have picked up 2 points from their last 5 games including a defeat at Braintree?

I've done a bit of digging and found this...

Pact of comradeship:

Fyldefan and Tractorboys

On Tuesday November 14th 2017, a deal was reached between the site admin Tractorboys and user Fyldefan.

Tractorboys agrees to:

Own the site
Flood it with betting links
Make enough commission to eventually buy Notts County
Pull the site as and when deemed necessary

Fyldefan hereby agrees to undertake the following:

Advertise odds, particularly promoting those to 'lump on' in unfavourable situations
Will receive commission for doing so
To cover his tracks he must pretend to support a tinpot white elephant, in order to be under the radar as much as possible.
His spelling must also be as bad as possible so nobody suspects any official collusion.

Oh well, outed now lads.

I didn't think your jokes could get any worse, I was wrong.

To the other 2 jokers above him. The best price you can get on Salford now is 17/10. In other words. As it stands right now, my Salford bet at 2/1 has made me money for doing absolutely nothing. You 2 jokers wouldn't understand

Er wasn't a joke but never mind. How much have you made now the odds have gone down?
