Just on the wind up

He is off apparently, to be honest I don't care

No player in the 5th fucking tier is irreplaceable

Morpeth Town so I'm reliably informed, bit disappointed TBH, he is the narky chewy shitebag we've needed for years, great last season and middling to good so far this season, obv fell out with Hignett who talked about no-one being bigger than the club and given the chop a week later.

Like you say not irreplaceable, but certainly one of a kind in that midfield of ours.

Such a happy camp HUFC, christ almighty. Total shitfest all round yet again.

Yeah he's a narky bastard though tbh he's not all that as a player but don't worry we've got Nicky Featherstone waiting in the wings.

Surely not again!?!

Good win for us today, we’ve had lots of games this season where we’ve not got as much from them as we should’ve, so nice to win when not playing well. That said, for all of their possession and nice triangles, Fylde were pretty toothless.

Yeah we're really struggling this season. Lack a cutting edge. Lack of confidence. Our performances of late have picked up a bit but we're still not picking enough points up. Still, quick turn around with a game on Tuesday and its only a matter of time before we click I feel

Frustrating today, missing sitter after sitter is costing us dearly.

Wheels coming off slightly, the next 25 points to survive could be a series of ugly scraps

Certainly not, and if you replace him with a bag of concrete mix you’ll probably up the average IQ as well.

Just had a look and it is actually worse than ours. Congrats.

Your next challenge is to have the worst home record out of any club in the top 5 leagues over a 10 year period. The current holders are indeed us, so have a go if you fancy.

Didn't he say he was staying at home to get pissed on his own and watch his fave team Sheff Utd lose on the tele?

just seen the last 15 mins of the game on tv. Nearly as many goals as Halifax fans. I thought they were doing well with big support.

Well, you see, fans of Proper clubs don't have a second Prem team that they'd rather watch on the tele.

Pretty low of the Bromley fan on 606 to bad mouth us. We were really respectful. Get a grip.

5 in a row for us and Bromley next.....

very routine 2-0 win against a Maidenhead side who tried hard, but were pretty limited going forward. Goals from Rooney (9th) and Quigley (8th) again. Could and should have been more, but an easy 3 points.
The Maidenhead players were embarrassing in the 1st half with the amount of times they threw themselves to the ground, they could even give Osbourne from Solihull lessons, but can't fault their effort overall.

Five wins in a row for us and it's all a bit too comfortable at the moment. We've clearly played crap teams of late, and Maidenhead were no exception - they've put together a collection of some of the league's biggest fannies and most useless lumps. Barely troubled us at all, even with a ref willing to indulge them.

Bromley will be our biggest test next week.

We lined up with 3 CMs and a CB in midfield. Devonshire's dislike of any width - which wasn't an issue until last season - has been costing us points for some time now.

Was number 5 the defender playing midfield? He was your best player!

769 at that footballing hotbed Harrogate (it's pronounced Harrow-gayte don't you know) today. Apparently most of them were only there for the High Tea and cream cakes in the pavillion with the chairman. #MoneyCantBuyYouFans :£:£:£

How we lost that today i’ll never know. Bossed the first 15, went 1-0 up, Chesterfield score just before half time. We come out second half, batter them, Panayiotou blazes a pen over the bar, they score with their only shot of the half, we batter them the rest of the half and lose 2-1. Unbelievable.
Can see why Chesterfield are down there, on a different day and with a half decent striker (not Panayiotou or Mullings) we’d have won 6-2.
Was actually impressed with our performance today but need to pick up points against the teams around us.

So you've spent 7 years being an absolute muppet on a forum day in and out pretending to follow a club to get a few bites when in reality 50% of the forum has you on ignore so can't even see the crap you spout?

Some life you must have.

Is there ever a game where Shaun Pearson doesn't throw himself to the ground looking for a penalty?

He does it on literally every set piece. He gets about 1 out of every 200 given.

My thoughts on today.
First half apart from the opening 7-8 we were in control.
IMO DEF good. MID good. Att v good.
2nd
DEF poor. MID good. Att average

The sign of a good forward is the ability to get and hold on to the ball. Maybe bringing players in or at least holding it until a few of your team are in areas to receive.
Nah! 2nd half and Fylde were all over us for 30 odd minutes. It wasn't that we sat back. We were awful!
There was always moments that a ruen of pace from Notts would cause Fylde problems but we looked the away team 2nd half.

3 points against the favourites isn't bad I guess!

Aron Davies? Yeah he's a CB. Don't normally rate the lad in midfield so good to hear he played well.

Made a few crucial tackles and seemed composed. Was it Ellul number 4? Fell over at any opportunity and had no footballing ability - he can't be a regular?

I've got someone on ignore and this seems like you're responding to no one. I've a fair idea who it is...

Kinda polar opposite to what I've seen all season then - Ellul has been excellent, he has just returned from a minor injury though.

Good attacking performance from us in the first half today and then equally as impressive defensively in the second against a Dover side who are clearly no mugs.

And I will have to reiterate again- Cameron King is the best player in this league.
