SHOCK: Ashmore behaving like a dick then playing the race card AGAIN when someone reacts. Have any of his 100 “racial abuse” claims actually been proven?

Do you know for certain that he wasn’t racially abused? If so then I’d be careful throwing insults around like that, could come back to make you look very silly indeed.

Hang on a minute, this is a very serious allegation and the kind of mud that sticks. It's a very easy thing to say to ensure you get a reaction. To be honest I'd like to see punishment if he can't substantiate it. Especially from a guy seemingly with form for these kinds of allegations. I've not seen a single person in the ground come forward to say they heard any such thing.

Naturally, that shows the Chesterfield fans being completely innocent

Oh right yea, and who said that?

Ah yes, you've only FINALLY arrived in non league when you celebrate a goal against some Tin Pot outfit as though you've won the European Cup. :fl:
Literally, scraping a 3-3 draw after being 3 down at home against Ebbsfleet United is the only thing we've had to celebrate for 3 years :surr:

Does that guy assault Ashmore or flip him off? What sort of trouble did Chesterfield get in the last time one of theirs assaulted a goalkeeper?

Can't blame those simply invading the pitch mind.

You actually deserved to win IMO! Mate of mine stuck a fiver on the draw at HT. Said he felt sick at full time!

With regards to the racial allegation. It won't ever be proven. I presume it's the guy who ended up on top of Ashmore, in which case everybody else was too busy celebrating the goal, so nobody other than him or Ashmore would have heard what was said.

Ashmore has been winding fans up for years now, even going back to when he played at Gosport (I'm sure the Dover fans on here will vouch for that). Other than Tranmere last season, it's only really become an issue since the Eastleigh fan was banned for racially abusing him.

It is a shame though as he's a fantastic keeper. His save at 3-1 I think it was, was out of this world.

Well we’ve found some racism evidence, but from the Ebbsfleet fans courtesy of some weird vlog they do.

Their keepers even replied -
You couldn’t make this up.

I've listened to that 10 times and still can't work out what is said at the end.

Yep, saw that. Nothing like checking your video before uploading it is there?

Not sure who it was, but I can guarantee it was one of the idiot kids who follow us. Some of them have only started going in the last year or so and they're a bit of an embarrassment in all honesty.

Some of the abuse they gave the on loan Maidstone keeper earlier on in the season was worse than most of what Ashmore has received.

It was nice to leave the ground having enjoyed the match for once. Usually it's feelings of anger, frustration and resentment. It was a crazy game really.

I thought Ebbsfleet looked a decent team in the first half although they were yet another side to benefit from our classic Sunday morning park football standard defending. Can we please, please send Hollis back to his club, he's horrid (more horrid than the others).

I never saw it coming but Robbie Weir came on and actually changed the game, did the simple things right first and foremost, Weston take note. We deserved it in the end because second half we came out and a had a go, sometimes even just a bit of intent can lead to goals, who'd have thought it, eh Martin? A shout-out to Shaw as well who is really finding his feet now, looked a bit lost early in the season but seems a bit more decisive with the ball now. I don't think anyone would ever question his effort and commitment.

Thought we'd thrown it away at the death when Burton lost his head but a shit penalty and a hilariously awkward save meant we Burton got out of jail. A word for the ref, i don't know how many games she has done at this level but she was woeful, at no point in the match did she have any control, i still can't work out how she allowed Denton to be bear hugged in the box and give nothing. In saying that though, not many of the refs i have seen so far have been a lot better to be fair.

As for the pitch invasion/accusation of racism, why the morons can't stay behind the boards to celebrate a goal (it's nothing like the Solihull game, which was done for very different reasons) i don't know, they probably think they're creating the next Youtube/Twitter video or something. Scenes, as they say. I'd like to think anybody who heard this so called abuse, would have pointed out the culprit. People who were in that part of the stand have all claimed nothing of the sort was heard. I suspect he mis-heard something, and then kicked off to try and detract from his antics, by all accounts the guy has previous!

I mentioned in the first half that Shaw looked half decent. Always wanted the ball and looked like he could make something happen. Was the only player for me that came out with a bit of credit in the first half. He'll be dangerous if you go on a run.

I actually think the ref was ok. Allowed the game to flow. Could have sent your defender off in the first half. Lost control at the end, but most referee's would have.

She missed a penalty on Shaw who was too honest to go down but should still have been called, then a few obvious ones on Denton who was being totally manhandled in the box. Looking straight at both. She gave corners as goal kicks and visa versa amongst all the other little things, then the lack of control at the end. Other than that she was brill.

I really can't hate Ashmore.

Yes all his antics are proper annoying, but if it weren't for all his time wasting in the play off final we would of never scored a injury time equalizer and then won on penalties.

So sometimes his antics can really bite him in the arse.

Bloody hell what's happened to Aldershot. Just had a rare look at the National League Premier and couldn't believe they were 4th from bottom just above Chesterfield. I thought they'd be in or about the play-offs.

I said at the time if he had gone down it would have been a pen. Wasn't blatant but enough to go down.

Don't agree with the Denton manhandling though. He shouldn't be getting 'manhandled' with his size. Our defenders aren't exactly giants.

Have BT stopped doing the highlights show or what? One week it's there, then it's not, then it is, then it's on but on at about 3:20am. Just had a look and it's not on tonight either.

It's back next weekend. Has a "Christmas break" as a fair few clubs use students to do the BT stuff.

A nightmare combination of poor signings ,lengthy injury list, inappropriate tactics, and lack of funds to rectify the situation. The board are determined to avoid a 3rd. administration, apparently whatever the consequences. Relegation is a very real possibility. We have a couple of game-free weeks ; if we can get some players fit,we could have a chance, but morale is pretty shot, and difficult to lift a young squad. Won't be dull, anyway...

Do I back in form Ebbsfleet to turn us over today... the price is good, and it would soften the blow of the inevitable loss a bit maybe. We are hopeless poor.

It's still big news around here that at the beginning of last season we came to yours and won 2-1. McCarthy said that winning at the Shots was massive. He did however get sacked soon after and Bignot couldn't save us from relegation, but we had a 2-1 win at Aldershot on our CV.

Finally realise what its liked to be reffed out of a game down here :dis:

How does Nathan Pond only get a yellow card for this deliberate kick on Josh Koroma?

You then get that moron Graham Alexander praising the dopey officials for staying strong, despite the fact they didn't have a brain cell between them at times and had to discuss whether a player who goes down injured, without the physio coming on has to leave the field off play.

Fucking thick bunch of c***, Richard Hulme is now a marked man for being dopey and shite at this Non League officiating, along with Samuel Allison and to a lesser extent David Rock.

Getting away with that assault there is merely just another case of a Proper Club getting reffed out by the National League who were worried that their golden goose started losing ground at the top. Pretty standard that.

And Sam Allison is the worst ref ever to appear in this league, he doesn't even know the rules.

He’s responsible (and the linesman) for the worst decision I’ve ever seen at a live football match:

It's a man's game, get over it. God, what would happen if they'd ever had to face Chopper Harris, Norman Bites Yer Legs, Tommy Smith, Peter Storey- Bestie just kicked them back, later on. :bdick:

I always thought Sam Allison was a decent ref when i've seen him. Unlike most referees he isnt afraid to play advantage and lets the game flow rather than blowing his whistle every 20 seconds.
