A photo of Ibrox Stadium 60's/70's. Half way up the left hand side, from the edge of the photograph to the edge of the stadium you can see part of the infamous Stairway 13

and the aftermath itself

The first ground I was ever taken to....Brockville stadium....Falkirk FC's original stadium. It is now a large carpark and Morrisons supermarket.

Before the Match:

German Captain Uwe Seeler and England's Captain Bobby Moore exchanging pennants before the match (both were friends later. Bobby Moore played at Uwe's Farewell match on 1st May '72 together with Bobby Charlton, Gordon Banks and Northern Ireland star George Best in a Europe Team against his HSV)

Final whistle:

Uwe disappointed after the loss. This photo was voted "Sports photo of the Century" in 2000 with the remark that it shows the disappointment but also the dignity and sportsmanship after the loss.

50 years later: A nearly 80 year old Uwe Seeler holding this special sports photo.

Queen Elizabeth II and Bobby Moore with Coupe Jules Rimet:

30 years later: 1996: Queen Elizabeth II and Jürgen Klinsmann and the Coupe Henri Delauney (Euro)

Seeing Fergie and co with that Cup Winners Cup; I remember watching that match as a wain on a black and white telly and seeing them celebrate around the pitch, and wondering what was going on. One of my earliest football memories.
