Wow gonna take double what you did last time. Where the fuck do all these people suddenly appear from :bg::bg:

Your maths is a bit on the Diane Abbott side of things here.
But yeah, insane figures, can't believe what I'm seeing. This is a small, low earning town but it is well and truly hooked on its team this season. Can't remember the last time I saw a clubs support grow so quickly, barring new stadiums.

Even though Reading deserve to to be in Premier League more.

To be fair, coming third does imply that they deserve Premier League more... Still, the winner takes it all and I think Reading will, I would not wright Huddersfield off, mind you.

I assumed so.

Our effort in our last 2 games of the season was Yakubu at Coventry-esque, it didnt matter to us if we finished 3rd or 6th... which was obviously justified after the semi finals.
The side that deserve to go up is the side that wins this time next week.

Why?

Anyway good look Town, now we aren't coming up I hope you do it mainly because we get a bit of money if you do. But also every time Reading are promoted they are possibly the most boring club who grace the premier league.

Reading finishing a whole 4 points clear of Huddersfield doesn't really give them the deserving title IMO. Maybe if it was double that number.

The GD stat for the play off teams is interesting, a combined +2 for the finalists whilst Fulham and Weds had a combined one well over 40+.

Reading have nearly sold out the initial allocation. With only single or two seats available in certain areas.

Reading have received a further allocation.

Reading v Watford games are usually dull so not sure that would excite the Premier league neutrals!

No premier league game excites me personally. Infact it's quite rare that any football game does. Every proper big game ive ever been to see with club and country has ended in defeat so I've give up getting excited.

25,000 tickets rumoured to have sold after the first day. Surprisingly looks like we will sell out the full 38k+

Not even on general sale.

Prices are a joke though.

Same price they've always been tbf. Absolutely worth it if you win.

I missed our game against Swansea in 2011, but I'm almost certain this game is a large increase on then.

Same we paid in 2014, and pretty sure it's no different to 2007.

This is our one and only chance for many years to come, the season we've had is unbelievable and will still go down in living memory regardless of what the score is next Monday. Both David Wagner and Dean Hoyle have done the Town proud this season completely turning it around. 37,000 sold for the final now, think it's brilliant that the Town are going down to London to support the lads. I can see it being a tight game next Monday, both sides playing defensive and I can just see the odd goal deciding the game. I've also a sneaky feeling that Kasey Palmer will be on the bench for this one. May the best team win.

Just to say, belatedly due to post match commiserations in Magaluf, congratulations to Huddersfield and good luck, not sure over the 210 minutes there was much between the teams but under the pressure of the shoot out they prevailed.

They're the shock team that the championship chucks up every season and fair play to David Wagner and Dean Hoyle.

I'm not fussed who actually gets promoted so will you both luck and I'm signing out for a bit of R and R.

See you fuckers sometime soon. I'll be reading so any c*** gets lairy (JJH) I will see and hunt you down on twitter.

You sound very bitter.
About what exactly, why would I be bitter against Reading? I think Reading are a dull club, ask most people up north it's hardly an attractive team to watch. For that reason I wanted you promoted over Huddersfield if we'd have been promoted, as Reading excites me as much as a Peterborough or Northampton. I just can't be bothered watching your lot fail in the premier league again, as a neutral I would rather see someone different and they are nearby so there's local interest.

I believe we have the highest finishing position and most points achieved from a team in their debut Premier league season? Hardly failure..

Very few clubs could get promoted from this level and become more than a constant relegation threatened side.

Maybe I'm not wording it right, but let me put it this way. I watch a fair bit of Premier League football and pay for sky(don't know why), but if I saw a fixture on super Sunday Reading V Southampton or somebody I wouldn't bother putting it on. Where as if Huddersfield got promoted(new team, local to me) then I'd watch them against any team, plus their the most entertaining side I have watched this season in the championship. But I don't know where this I'm bitter nonsense has come from, my Great Grandfather played for Reading and Huddersfield this is the tie I actually wanted. I'd wish both luck against Fulham or Sheffield Wednesday, but I just find Reading a Meh side, as I'm sure you lot do with us.

Ticket prices are same as last year, anybody complaining about ticket prices for a play off final at Wembley for a place in the premier league is too tinpot to even be there in the first place :2thumb::2thumb:(not that I'm bitter)
