Wagner is surely going to win the manager award, think Cairney might get the player.

Would have thought Tammy Abraham would be shortlisted, he's had a great start.

Was just going to post that.

Hourihane for player and Wagner without doubt for manager. Be interesting to see if they can carry it on.

Us and Reading with 100% records this month, but will it be McClaren or Stam who wins manager of the month?

Hopefully Stam as I don't want that curse!

December player nominations:

Dwight Gayle
Dave Edwards
Sam Winnall
David Stockdale

December manager nominations:

Gary Monk
Chris Hughton
Slavisa Jokanovic
David Wagner

With my bias hat on I'm going with Dave Edwards and Gary Monk. If it wasn't for Dave we would probably be in the bottom 3 now, as his 4 goals last month all were decisive. Leeds are a powerhouse this month, GarycMonk deserves some recognition for that.

Monk deserves recognition but always seems to come up against someone with an even better record - like Hughton - every month. Hasn't won this award yet this season despite consistently good results after the first month or so.

Other than a defeat to Brighton, we've beaten Villa, Reading, Preston (away) and got a point at Villa Park. Still probably won't be enough.

Surprised Macca isn't up for nomination again, won 4 drew 2. Maybe the draw at home to Wigan has cost him.

Wagner got the most points :animatedf:

Heckingbottom should've been in ahead of Jokanovic, think Barnsley are having a far better season than they're getting credit for atm.
