Our squad currently is this:
Goalkeepers
Mike Cooper

Defenders
Tafari Moore
Joe Riley
Ashley Smith-Brown
Gary Sawyer
Scott Wootton
Niall Canavan

Midfielders
Antoni Sarcevic
Conor Grant

Attackers
Freddie Ladapo
Ryan Taylor
Calum Dyson

Ideally I'd like to see Tafari Moore, Scott Wootton and Calum Dyson moved on. They played about 5 games combined last season.

Ryan Lowe has a lot of work to do in the transfer market clearly. Ladapo did hit 20 goals last season, and Sarcevic is considered one of our best players, but it's currently way off the mark.
Is Carey likely to leave then?

Word is we've offered the same or a similar contract for League 2. Apparently there's a good chance he'll accept. Nixon on Twitter reckons he's been to Bulgaria and had a look around CSKA Sofia, who have apparently offered him a deal.

Think he could move on. Joel Grant could be off to Colchester, Songo'o has left, so has Ryan Edwards. Lamieras and Fox most likely too. At least Lowey can bring a lot of his own players in!

Fair round of fooks to Bulman at Creepy. Just signed a new deal.
Will be playing aged 41 next season.
Good effort that is.

Won our goal of the season with a screamer v FGR ( might be the goal by the oldest player in the FL too).

Looks about 25, runs around like a 25 year old and makes the players around him better. Also said to be a positive influence in the dressing room both professionally and for the humour. What's not to like?

Precisely. Puts others to shame no doubt at all levels.
Can't knock that at all.

That honour goes to Hornby unless he becomes Bradford No. 1

Nice to hear.

Although our current NO1 (Richard O’Donnell) gets a lot of stick from our fans, he’s still a decent keeper - especially at this level. So to have a decent back-up in Hornby sounds promising.

O’Donnell turned down West Brom to play first team football with us, but somehow our lot think he’s the shittest keeper since Simon Eastwood - nothing to do with how diabolical our defence was last season.

Where the fuck is that West Brom story from?

Hmmm not sure about that. Has he even got to 100 games yet? Russell dwarfs him in terms of experience.
In fairness that's true. Just got a feeling Hornby is going to have a good lower league career. Was very very unlucky that after having about 10 keepers in 3 seasons we finally found one in Brown.

Hornby never ever let us down and never gave fans the jitters when he did play unlike our other farces.

Don't know of Russell but Bradford have dropped on a great keeper .

At face value their fans are probably underwhelmed at signing the Port Vale number 2.
I hope he gets the nod in August for them

Hornby is unlucky but in Brown we found arguably the best keeper in the league and certainly the best we’ve had for a while, Alnwick, Neal and Goodlad probably up there this side of the millennium as our best keepers and he is in that bracket.

Hornby is decent, wasn’t trusted enough under Aspin last year when we had all sorts of keepers come in. Crewe away was a good example when Boot had to be hauled off as he was having a mare, changed the game as we looked fairly comfy and he made two or three decent saves before getting a twatting of one of their Neanderthals at the end. Didn’t even complain.

Hope he does well and can’t fault him looking for game time.
