Its been a good few days for FTFC, Uwe Rosler league 1 manager of the season, Conor McLaughlin in the team of the year ( there should be at least 1 more of our lads in this ), and Bobby Grant signs a 2 year contract extension. All set up for Bury to spoil at the weekend ! Its trying to maintain 3rd place in this league and while 3 points would be welcome, a draw will be creditable against a steadily improving Bury team 1-1

Is it free tickets ?
Fleetwood bring 250 max
It is a fan promotion day so cheap tickets for home fans. Despite our awful form since October, we have maintained around 3000 home fans which by our low standards is good. We are playing some decent stuff and are much improved so I can see over 4000 tomorrow.

On the pitch going to be bold and predict a 2-1 home win, big game for both clubs, come on Bury.

Predict 1-1 :(
Perhaps this should be called the market derby or even the parched peas derby?

Definitely a score draw, 2-2. Vaughan and Pope, Grant and an og for the cod army. 6 booked and 2 red cards, crowd 4100. 350 away fans.

Descent point for the Cods and I'm not going to slag the team off. Undefeated away from home since last November is still a tremendous achievement, need to keep things in perspective, Bury were always going to be a tough nut to crack !

Awful game, both teams content not to get beat. We should have signed Bolger, very impressive yesterday.

Great signing Bolger, he has been superb in defence and scored some cracking headers to win games . Oh yes if the game had been as good as the meat and potatoe pie I had at half time, it would have been match of the season -absolutely top drawer !
