Depends who the manager is but they certainly wouldn't steamroll them the same way they seem to be doing every weekend.

Considering they've faced English sides every year and usually beat them without breaking a sweat, it would be the same if they were in the Prem.

Barca with a late leveller - still drop points on Real.

"There are codes in football that shouldn't be broken. Piqué's criticism on referring lacked respect for the football world, telling stories of dirty tricks. I didn't like them. In the end when things don't go well, who you really are shows through."

Messi gets his second freekick goal since the weekend. 3 - 1 to Barca, 13 mins remaining. If Bilbao score though, they'll surely go through.

Barca hold on and win 4 - 3 on agg, and a shock is off the cards.

Johnny reckons Messi would be a decent backup for Barkley, he can have the cup games.

Well with this new £75 mill sponsorship deal on top of the mighty deal they have with Chang beer, they could now afford Messi surely!?! ;)

And its ended tonight. Sevilla beat them 2 - 1 in the final minutes. Sevilla are such a good side at home, so difficult to play against. Just a point behind Real Madrid; Sevilla are right in this title race.

They've beaten Barca's old record and will most likely win the league this year, I don't think they'll be overly upset. There is always the risk that now the record is out of the way and Sevilla and Barca are applying pressure on them that they could slip up, though. Keeps things interesting, at least.

Yeah its still a long shot either Barca or Sevilla will overtake Real Madrid now, but it does keep it going for a while yet.

I'd like to see Sevilla win it - Real and Barca are as annoying as each other and change is always welcome in a league like this.

Why not, always quite liked Sevilla as well - even after last seasons EL Final! - and Sampaoli is obviously a very very good coach indeed, and getting the best out of them as he did with Chile.
