Another false dawn or another step towards the Great Escape?

Historically, we're shit against the club-stealers so I'm by no means optimistic. Yet it appears we've gone for a more pragmatic approach lately, cutting out the defensive horrors due to all the fannying around at the back. This has been achieved by not playing with much width, so we don't get caught light defensively cos the fullbacks can't be arsed tracking back.

Why the fuck it's taken so long to figure out what the fans knew months ago is another question.

Pushed, I'll go for a narrow win with that ginger cnut Lewington seeing red.

Feel really positive after the results over the last week, and after a fans forum last night signs show that next season the target is to win the league so the club is as strong as it's been in a while.
In terms of tomorrow, we've lost one in 11 against Swindon, so I'm fairly confident. 2-1 away win.

I'm looking forward to our usual heist of an undeserved three points from the County Ground. Apparently we will be promoting some of the kids as we have secured out 'mid-table mediocrity' place so you may not even see everyone's favourite ginger defender.

Don't know about undeserved - last time you mullered us at the CG. Could be feisty tomorrow.

Our record against Franchise is pants at the CG.

We've had 2 great results and confidence is coming back that we can avoid the drop. I think tomorrow may prove that it was a bit of a false dawn.

There has been a local rag campaign to pack the CG which might mean a slightly larger than normal crowd (maybe 8k) but I will drink a bottle of toilet duck if the CG is anywhere near 'packed'.

Think we'll lose tomorrow 1-2.

MK looked very good against us but couldn't hit a barn door and were very wasteful (could say that over both games this season against them) so Swindon have a chance... but purely for Valiants own needs I am hoping MK can be more clinical tomorrow!

Dont know how you are so far down the league, last week you were as difficult a team we've played in a long while and in the second half we were really under the cosh at times. More like this and you will be ok

I love an undeserved point. Franchise should have been out of sight. A few excitable home fans had a go at your lot in the away end - nothing much really.

This could be a very useful point

Poor finishing from the Franchise kept us in the game.
Quality finish from Obika got us a point, definitely didn't deserve any more than that.
And Lewington is still a moaning C**t

What's all this about fights breaking out in the home end?

Apparently someone tried to unfurl a banner in the Arkells stand & were battered by the Stewards.
