That's a double round for Jack. Degale shouldn't be stood in front of him leaning on him and boxing short like that, I don't understand it. If this was the plan, it's a bad one

He makes things so much harder for himself than it needs to be. Jack looks to be gettining stronger as the fight goes on. Carl Froch is going to love this if Degale loses.

Not muchy! Jack's wheelhouse is short up where he can let hooks to the head and body go. But Degale wants to sit right there in his wheelhouse. Degale looks really good when he's letting combos go from mid range. Do that, and get out, rinse repeat

Yeah he seems to want to get involved more than he needs to and always takes the middle rounds off.

Majority Draw.

Floyd Mayweather seems to get more odd every time he's interviewed/in front of a camera.

So what's going to happen in Brooklyn over night. I can see DeGale just doing what he always does; starting well but then letting Jack back into it. He should have enough to win it but will be very tough again on the road, potentially even more so with Mayweathers influence.

I've actually backed the draw!!

Nice call!

I tell you what, Degale has some chin. They're basically light heavy shots he took and he took a lot of them

DeGale is very good but you always feel there is more in him than he shows, the feeling that he could be more dominant in fights if he wanted to. I'd like to see him up against Callum Smith, I actually think he would beat Callum with some ease. A Groves rematch is surely something that has to be made, especially if Groves gets the WBA title and settle that score once and for all.

See I think the opposite, I think Mundo would cause DeGale more problems than Jack due to his height and reach, and probably hits a lot harder too. Got to be made in the next few months though! Get a Groves world title fight on the undercard and then match up the winners again, easy!. Move over Eddie there's a new promoter in town!

Looking forward to a good night of boxing tonight, got the beers and pizza in ready to go just hope I haven't started too soon and end up falling asleep.

I fancy Frampton again tonight although he'll have to do a good job to get a decision out there if he can't get the stoppage. Really looking forward to the Garcia fight aswell, love his skills, brilliant fighter to watch. The selby fight being off is a bit shitty, must be horrible to get your vegas debut taken away from you at such a late stage. You've got to fancy Taylor to look impressive again aswell.

Anybody else watching?

Frampton just starting to edge ahead for me, single round in it.

Edit: Got Santa Cruz ahead now by 1.

Edit 2: Gave the last to Frampton, I have it level.

Well that sets up a third, another close fight, the right winner got the decision though.

As has been said that was brutal from Garcia.

Really enjoyed that. Had a tenner on LSC by points at 11/4 which made it sweeter.

These 2 fighters are absolute class acts. Both gracious in defeat. Cant wait for them to go again.

Personally I thought Frampton got dominated. Outranged and caught coming in nearly every time. Leo the smarter work on the inside and landing the much more impressive shots, followed by good defense. I didn't see Frampton land too much at all. He just couldn't find a way inside without eating a jab and a strong right. Leo was super impressive, I didn't know he had it in him to fight like that to be honest. A 3rd fight would be more of the same imo

Me too, I don't think it was close, I had it by 4 points to LSC to be honest. Seems right that they both took each other's 0. I can see a deciding fight over in Belfast but I can't see how Frampton would do much different to last night, LSC just has that dominating reach advantage which he made full use of last night.

Price stopped on his feet by Christian Hammer because he was gassed out after 4 rounds, absolute shite. That's the end of him.

Price is such a waste of a boxer, he's got great credentials that are let down by crap stamina and a crap jab.

World level power and a chin made of meringue.

I didn't watch it but Price looked horrendously out of shape. Just imagine what would have happened had he secured that world title shot with AJ...

No he didn't, he got his conditioning wrong but he wasn't out of shape. He just hasn't got the mental minerals when it comes to fight night.

Well he might not have been out of shape but he came in at 275lbs when he usually fights at 240lbs.

For me it's all a mental thing with him, surely as a professional athlete he's putting the work in in the gym to last longer than 3 or 4 rounds before gassing. It seems that when the going gets tough or he hasn't blasted somebody out of there quickly he loses complete confidence in himself and his tank just empties.

For a big lad aswell who has all the attributes physically his jab is perfetic and he just doesn't know how to tie somebody up, Hammer who's proven to have no power just walked through him too easily.
