A rumour that Brook v Spence is confirmed for Sheffield in May. A really great fight and Brook will need a career best display to win IMO.

Not a rumour it's happening. Bramhall Lane maybe. Just hope Kell isn't being too proud because boiling down to 147 can't be doing him much good.

I think Spence is top banana, should be a good fight but I don't see Kel winning this.

Good fight and one I fancy Kell Brook in.

Spence is a southpaw and not as quick as Brook so I can see him being caught a lot with lead right hands. His feet aren't the quickest either, add in that he moves back in straight lines and I can see a late Brook stoppage.

Khan vs Pacquiao then, with Pac now seemingly unable to finish fights I think Khan has a legit chance here.

That brazeale AJ toyed with got a win over a hyped guy in the same stable as Parker. Looks like he'll be fighting Wilder who was fucking woeful last night, even the stoppage was crap. How he's WBC champion is an absolute disgrace. If I was Eddie I'd do everything possible to have AJ knock him out in Vegas and properly announce himself to the US PPV audience because they'll lap him up.

I saw a few windmills from Wilder on Facebook, didn't see the fight as I'm in Paris.

Apparently the judges had Wilder up on all 3 cards before the stoppage which from seeing earlier looked like an alright stoppage. Looked like Washington's legs were gone, shame we didn't get to see a finish though.

I'd like to see Tyson Fury come back and make a fool of Wilder, it'd be brilliant to watch.

AJ would take him out in 3.

I agree, Wilder is shocking and I'd fancy most of Britain's top heavyweights to beat him. Washington looked comfortable in there up until the 4th so I don't know how the judges managed to have Wilder up on the cards.

Agree with the poster above that Hearn should be looking to make AJ v Wilder in America. It wouldn't even suprise me if Wilder didn't make it out of the first round should it happen, Wilder's defence is that bad.

Wilder is a fraud, AJ could smash him to bits inside a round if he wanted to.

Haye to KO in 3 rounds. They've both sold the fight well through their "beef" but Haye can punch considerably harder than Bellew and has more experience with better opponents. Bellew's best chance is to drag the fight into the later rounds and hope Haye's stamina drops.

as Shane says really but 4 -1 is a bit tight for Bellew considering the weight / division difference , he'll need some luck but hope its not a farse with KO first round and Bellew straight back up and significantly richer.

i do think there is genuine hatred for both though so should be fun to watch

Any sane person should be supporting Bellew, a stand up family man. Haye is an utter prick.

Can't argue with that really. Bellew is a gobshite but Haye is just a nasty piece of work. Wouldn't be surprised if he pulls out between now and Saturday anyway.

Yeah Haye definetly shows his true colours when his buttons get pushed, egotistical prick.

I can't see anything other than a Haye win though if he's anywhere near his best.

I really really hope Derry Matthews can roll back the years and smashes Ohara Davies to bits and all, another prick who doesn't even look that impressive to me.

Correct, Haye has too much power. So long as Bellew doesn't get too badly knocked out, it's win win for him. Big payday and then back down to cruiserweight to make a few defences and retire as champion.

Both Bellew and Haye are idiots, but Bellew is a complete hypocrite. Cannot stand the bloke as a fighter, yet as a pundit I do like him.

As for the fight itself, Bet365 have some beautiful odds on offer:

Haye to KO Bellew

Rd 1 - 8/1
Rd 2 - 7/1
Rd 3 - 7/1
Rd 4 - 7/1

You could even be tempted to stick a £10 on each of those 4 rounds are still be quids in should he take him out early like I, and most, expect.

Haye is a terrifying puncher and Bellew does leave his chin out.

If Bellew can get to round 5 or 6 i think its 50/50 as Haye will tire imo, that bet is tempting however i agree.

A maverick bet if ever I've seen one. Fair play to you if that comes in.

Only because i've had a few quid in the last few weeks from other bets, only bet when i can afford to lose normally.

Thurman v Garcia too this weekend. Won't get many bigger fights than that this year.

I can't really call Thurman vs Garcia.

I don't see Thurman's power doing much to Garcia, his chin is nuts and there's question marks over Thurman's.

My head says Thurman on points but I have a feeling a Garcia KO wouldn't be out the question.

Thurman wide UD.

Got positive vibes for Bellew. Hopefully we'll hear the "I CARRY POWAH" in all its glory.
