If there was a lack of respect between the players and the manager it wouldn't surprise me when he is constantly throwing them under the bus in interviews. Top managers deflect the blame and attention away from their player, Neil has seemingly decided to go for an approach where he deflects blame from himself directly on to the players. Several times this season he has singled out one or two players and blamed them for the team's poor performance.

The end is nigh for Mr Joyce. Completely lost the fans and failed in his remit to keep us up. He also wears shorts! Sharpe won't risk keeping him and damaging our already dwindling fanbase. We never pay compensation for a manager so I expect someone like Kenny Jackett or Steve Cotterill to be tasked with our bid to once again yo-yo back up next season.
