The Season Over Thread

• Have no chance of making the playoffs
• Are in no danger of relegation
• Out of the FA Trophy
• Out of the FA Cup

Based on the above criteria our season is over (and before Christmas for the 3rd season in a row). Anyone else a member of this club yet?

Don't get me wrong I'd like to see you stay up, enjoyed our game up there, just thought that you couldn't stay up whatever happens cos of your ground?

Thats my understanding of the situation but unlike Guiseley last season I've not heard a single thing being mentioned about it. Theres no way the ground will be expanded even if there was money to do so due to where its located.

It would be harsh on the team and Housham if it came down to it as far as im aware theres no stadiums nearby that Ferriby could possibly even groundshare (not like the owners would pay for it anyway, regardless of what happens this season they'll make a big fuss about putting it up for sale again). It would be funny to see Allams daughter do a dodgy deal with her dad to get them into the KC stadium. Ferriby would no doubt pack that out as well as Hull do!

I quite like the ring of North Ferriby Green Dragons. that would certainly take us to the absolute top tier of tinpottedness.

Our result yesterday pretty much confirms our place in this division for next season. We've already had a decent FA Cup run so all we have left is the Trophy which we finally start playing in on Tuesday

I'm afraid we don't have the budget for more than 11 players

Don't think any of the teams on 35+ points have much to worry about, I can't see the bar set for survival being much high than 42-45 points this season

We are definitely already in here (we have you/nantwich in the next round of the trophy so i'm just accepting we are going out), season is over and if we keep going the way we are going we are going to finish about 15th with sub 400 crowds watching shite boring hoof ball every week

Thank you sir. Would love to join all you tinpotters next season, but it is inevitable that we will play Dartford in the play offs and lose following on from from losses to the other Kent Clubs, Dover and Maidstone, in recent play off finals.

I think I may join this thread due to billy HOOF and his North ferriby buddies pissing up our club and a chance of promotion. We're doing a Stockport and our season is pretty much over as at the moment we're hoofing our way to mid table and have already hoofed our way out of both cups. Ah well. I can always look at Alty at 22nd and laugh.

Dont be silly mate you will be top 3 without a shadow of a doubt. As i keep saying the top 5 will always take points off each other so it will come down to silly points dropped against the lower teams or not being sloppy against the 'ready in waiting' teams of dover chester and bromley.

As i always like to finish off on a positive.... EASTLEIGH 13th!!!

Sorry shots fan you should have been included in the ready in waiting list, its a deep psychological trauma from october that i keep blocking you guys out, slaphead noticed it a while back!!

Now if only it would come back to me the event which triggered this mental blocking process out!!

I'm glad you noticed this, I thought we were doing well this season.

Its two now. Same as a host of other clubs.

We aren't clear of relegation yet hopefully in a few games time we can claim our nothing to play for title.
