I reckon Chelsea will win it. Runners up Arsenal, Spurs, Man City, Liverpool and Man Utd down the list.

I think my predictor had Chelsea and Spurs on 84. I think it'll be around 84-87.

When opposition fans are starting to resort to the "It's our year" stereotypical bollocks, you know they're running desperately short of ideas. The added fact that little to no Liverpool fans ever come out with this expression makes it all the more desperate and amusing.

My perception of Liverpool fans is that they cling to past glories. Fabulous team throughout the 70's and 80's but their fans seem to forget that all good things come to an end. Many teams have glory years, glory decades. They always fade away.

Maybe all fans of dominant clubs are like that though? Were the totally dominant Preston fans like that in the early years? Huddersfield Town in 1922-1926 when they won three league titles in a row and the FA Cup? I guess, as time passes, pessimism is a natural course. Realisation sets in that you're not the great team you once were?! There's many teams fans who look back and hanker for the good old days. It's just that Liverpool fans seem to have made it an art form.
