Waking up at 3am with lower abdominal pain, freaking out because you're disoriented and think your appendix are about to explode like one of them thar ISIS fruit loops, only for the pain to subside because you actually only needed a massive poo.

    Relief.

I'd still be worried if I had more than one appendix

Having a massive sort out and finding things to sell then being able to do a good deed by giving things away to those less well off.

Sold a kids bike and gifted a big bundle of kids clothes.

Stealing a kids bike and flogging it doesn't count.

You not got one sorted Leo? I can kind of see why one might want to organise it in advance. I do wonder that the funeral director could charge you (well, yours really) pretty much whatever they like, such is the state of mind of those sorting it out afterwards. Shitehawks

No, not got one mate (we've got cash in the bank), but that's not to say I disagree with them (each to their own). It was just that I had never heard of such a sales pitch before and I answered the phone thinking it was another of these c*nts claiming to be from Microsoft or BT.

You must be on a pensioner mailing list Leo. They'll be ringing you up for mobility scooters and Parker Knoll recliners, or those boot slippers with the side velcro fastener!

You'll be getting one of those HSL chairs next too Leo, with a flowery pattern. It's all downhill from there when that happens. ;)

Been getting myself into better shape lately and the other day I went for my first 5k in a year and beat my record mile by 9 seconds. I went for another 5k about an hour ago and I've taken another 12 seconds off it. Now running my mile at 6:42, looking to break the 6 minute mark in the coming months.

Good work Gilly, been trying the same getting back into it over the last month, and noticing differences already and my back has stopped constantly aching which is great. Just got to keep at it as there's a hell of a long way to go yet!

Yeah when I'm in better funds I want to try more port, sherry, rum, madeira, brandy, gin and bourbon; so that when I go back to my whisky, I can better make out the nuances of those finishes.

My (Irish) grandparents (from Ireland) flew in today (from Ireland) and will be staying here (as opposed to Ireland) for 2 weeks.
