That would be fun and perhaps promotion/relegation every 12 games?
But if this season goes like last Oak had a load of drop outs so the divisions would end up with 7-8 teams each, which would still be ok ish?

Perhaps the top 14 from last season in 1 and the rest in 2. I think you would be ok despite the little mishap
