I think he would be really good alongside Pearson and Jennings, who are both talkers/organisers. A defence of Jennings, Pearson, Manny and Roberts is not going to be letting many goals in.

Norburn is a decent goal scorer for a midfielder, but he tends to go missing a lot in games - he's a top ten standard player but wouldn't get into the best sides in this league.
Hancox is versatile, and puts a lot of effort in. He lacks quality though and as the Boss says, is under contract, so we'd get a fee.
