We've only got a game at last!

Aldershot v Dagenham
Barrow v Wrexham
Boreham Wood v Lincoln
Braintree v Woking
Chester v Macclesfield
Forest Green v Solihull
Gateshead v Guiseley
Maidstone v Sutton
North Ferriby v Tranmere
Torquay v Eastleigh
York v Southport

New stand opens up, hoping for a gate north of 3k and three points to round it off.

I'm hoping we can get something tomorrow, not because we stand a chance of staying up but more to drag York down with us - I want to keep them as an away day next season!

FGR's nearest local derby game against the Moors of Solihull.
73 miles and an hour and a half distance away.
But I'm more than a bit miffed that this game is on a Tuesday and not Saturday.
Last season our local derby game against Cheltenham (biggest gate of season) was also on a Tuesday.

Would you rather away games at Barrow or Gateshead midweek?

If you could just put that first bit in writing, on official Chester letter head, to the FA and National League that would be great.

Big chance of "after the Lord Mayors show" from us though so I'm not overly confident, but we really need 3 points.

I think mentally and physically we'll be a bit off as a result of the weekend. Expect a few changes of which some will be forced; Norburn looked like he picked up an injury and few others looked absolutely goosed by the end of the game (e.g. Hancox) as epitomised by the fact when we had 2/3-on-1s in the dying minutes all we managed to do was hobble to the corner.

And so begins the biggest week of our season. Braintree away and then Maidstone at home.

We never win at Braintree and I don't expect that will change tomorrow. Utterly resigned to it all now. Even if we stay up this season, the future looks bleak. That's what I'm most worried about.

No, not so far distant but for a game against nearest club to FGR it would nice to have the game on Saturday and add a few hundred extra to crowd.
The clubs in the North, including Barrow & Gateshead, or London have a lot more local games than FGR.

Joking i would go as far as to say you are the best team we have played this season , your defence was superb in 3 out of the 4 games, we didnt look like scoring only 2 stupid pushes let us off the hook.

I tipped cheltenham last season and fgr this year, sadly yhe kav curse is on you next season i really think you will be right up there

Mandatory win required tomorrow, response needed. Two 2-0 wins over them already this season.

Massive game tomorrow. A win for us will make D&R very catchable, a defeat will leave us with probably a bit too much to do to sneak in to the play-offs.

And so begins the biggest week of our season.
Same here, Sutton at home followed by Woking away. 2 wins and survival is near certain, 2 losses and we're back in the bottom 4 with the hardest April of anybody to come.

Four games without a win now for us, which equals the run which saw Brabin sacked in September. However, Ferriby away and Braintree at home gives us a great chance of six points which we have to take.

I have no idea which formation we will go with, but we have to give Cook more than three touches of the ball per game to start scoring again.

Please tell me who our local games are against. No away trip is under two hours for us, unless you get a good run of traffic to Southport. You'll find that every side plays the majority of their closer games on a Tuesday, for obvious reasons.

Feel optimistic about a win over Wrexham tomorrow, but we struggle against any side that doesn't come to Holker Street to play football.

It'll be all-in wrestling if our last games against you two are anything to go by.

Makes sense, our away games at Solihull, Eastleigh, Aldershot and Woking, the only games against sides 90 or less miles away from us, were all on Tuesdays this season.
