AgainstLeague3 did this a last year I think, and they've done it again.

http://againstleague3.co.uk/2018/12/21/al3-ownership-survey-the-full-results/

The most popular owners in this division are Mansfield, with Tranmere also polling well. Lincoln and MK Dons seem popular, though not to the extent of more than ten fans taking the survey to say so, while Exeter's owners are popular (you'd think so too, with it being a fan owned club) but with only a few more respondents.

If you look at the full results and sort them by number of responses then you can see a big jump in numbers where the fans felt they had something to say, with Blackpool, Chesterfield, Coventry, Yeovil, Charlton and Carlisle fans all registering triple figures as fans took the survey to say how bad their owners were (particularly the first two, who had 764 and 252 responses respectively). Luton and Mansfield were the only ones who broke past 100 responses to say how great their owners are; while for reasons I don't quite fathom, 89 Walsall fans took the survey to let us know how average their owners are.

Port Vale and Swindon fans took to the survey to vent their frustration, though not in as great a quantity while a yet smaller number of Grimsby fans took part to say that they were dissatisfied if not totally furious with Fenty. Then a reasonable, if not overwhelming, number of Tranmere and Stevenage fans logged on to express their approval.

Beyond this you're into much smaller numbers of fans who took the survey though had no big point to make with Notts, Oldham, Cambridge and Northampton all looking fairly average, the aforementioned self-congratulating Exeter fans, a few midly irritated Crewe fans and a smattering of relatively satisfied Newport fans and smugtastic Lincoln fans. FGR, Colchester and Bury barely registered, there are a couple of right cheesed off Macc fans while the Morecambe fan wasn't too impressed either.

That was some doing by Carlisle to get a lower set of scores than near "Top 10 Worst" rivals York on finance and the stadium.... still, you're streets ahead of your neighbours over the hill on Tyneside.

I guess when fans are dissatisfied they'll vent their anger everywhere. I'd certainly agree that York's stadium situation is far worse than ours, we don't really have a 'situation' so to speak around our stadium, besides some leaking roofs and bird shit, it's decrepit but it's ours.

Our owners won’t have a clue about this. They barely know how to switch their Windows 98 PCs on never mind dial up their modems to get online.

Didn't realise this was a thing, and by the looks of it, not many other Imps did either!

Our Stadium one is probably lower due to the catering inside the ground. We've never got that right with external companies.

We probably do have the best chairman in the league, so course we’re going back him.

All we’ve got to do is look at the disasterous owners at our 2 main rivals to realise how lucky we are

Other Imps did, one of them couldn't read and criticised other Imps for taking the survey on twitter as he thought it was only a survey for saying how bad your owner is.

Interesting that Sunderland are so high up, considering how far they have fallen. Also interesting that Luton and Mansfield have a high average on stadium development, seeing as I don't think either have done anything in years.
I wish I had know about this survey though, do you need to sign up?

I don't know if Sunderland's ownership has changed since relegation but they seem to have a bit of a feel good factor at the moment around Jack Ross. I would just assume Luton's fans are all like Kenny End.

The Sunderland owners changed during the summer, the guy who was bankrolling Eastleigh is there now.

Me either Luke, Clive and the board are doing a decent job in general.
The catering does need looking at, the prices is OTT £3 for a portion of chips or £4 if you have cheese on them!!!
Not hot water to make tea etc last Saturday ( Morecambe) at half time in one of the tea bars on a Baltic day!
They're approachable too Clive and Roger both willing to answer questions on twitter and Clive pops up on vitals from time to time too.

What's going on with Notts' instagram account? That article clearly shows that if we started using instagram as well, we'd be a country mile out in front because we're the biggest club down here :fish:

Also... Lincoln :2thumb: but don't get too excited about their low ranking Grimsby fans!

Mansfield are still basking in the glory of their scoreboard

Which one?

And our Ground has improved loads under Radford for quality of facilities (Haslam cut a load of corners in the redevelopment) then the potential Hotel and new stadium and it makes sense.

Being at the bottom of the social media one is a good thing, in my opinion. Shows our fans aren't phone slaves.

Let's have one that shows the consistent quality of fansites. We'd be up in the top 2/3 for Codalmighty alone.

The high score for the stadium will be because of the large amount of investment put in, to move us to a new one. Planning decisions due for that in the New Year.

The minutes have been released of a meeting a few weeks ago between our board including Chairman John Fry, manager and representatives of several fans groups. It makes for interesting reading. This is one extract

John Fry then asked Brendon Owen how he would run the Club. Brendon Owen pointed out that John Fry was the Chairman and owner and those assembled wanted to hear what his plans were not Brendon Owen’s. Mr Fry repeated that he didn’t have to come here every day and if people wanted him to leave, he would do so today. Brendon Owen then formally invited him to leave.
