Yeah - I quickly learnt that in my teens. I like varying between lotions, and baby powder (not in the shower tho) for different feelz.

Became a favva to a beautiful boy at 11:56pm last night. Mum had to have emergency cesarean because of complications but both are doing great. Watching a c-sec is one of the most bizarre but wonderful things you will ever see, and being a dad... Fucking epic feeling.

I feel my life for the first time in 5 years is looking up after so much heartache that i felt i hadn't anything to live for, thankfully i have a missus who gives me a kick up the arse and making me realise there are a lot of people in a worse situation than i'm in so i should be content. 2016 was a really bad year for me losing friends and family which i took hard and she lost her dad. We decided together from now on we will not be brought down by setbacks in our lives but to move on on and enjoy the years we have left.

I'm enjoying my last day off before returning to work tomorrow. The missus is pregnant and ready to pop. The due date was yesterday so it could be anytime really. I'm just ready to join the father club and meet my little 'un!

I got 2 days! Dog shit. I think it should be a law to be at least 2 weeks. Booked the whole of Jan off with annual leave though.

I'm pretty sure its changed, not sure if you get full pay though but he was defo off for 2 weeks paternal

Two days?! That's rubbish! You should get two weeks tops for paternity leave. Pay is a bit shit for it as you get around £140 per week but it's better than nothing I suppose.

Well yea, there's stat paternity pay but it's rubbish. I got 2 days full pay, may as well use leave for the rest. Stat pay is not really doable, I couldn't afford it
