Looking forward to this, actually the first time for me visiting St Andrews. Finally playing them at 3pm on a Saturday too, even better!

As boring as a prediction it is, can't see anything past a draw to be honest. Gary Rowett always makes his teams hard to beat (similar to Mick McCarthy) and I can't see us having the fire power to trouble them. Doubt we'll have any new signings before the game, despite rumours of Balotelli and Luisao joining (still can't believe i'm writing about such names)

We will line up something like:

Ikeme

Iorfa - Batth - Hause - Doherty

Teixeria - Oniangue - Saville

Mason - Costa

Bodvarsson
As for the prediction, 1-1, Bodvarsson with our goal.

The lottery winning scrap metal dealers roll into town with their solid gold bus & team of instantly recognisable superstars, snatched from the grasps of Madrid & Barca, continuing their march toward European domination as promised by their new, definitely not charlatan, super gazillionairre owner.

We'll be lucky to keep it in single figures in the face of such a task, even so I'll go for a 'result' for plucky Birmingham to rock the football world.

1-1

What's the best way to get to the stadium from Birmingham New Street? Someone said it's a 2 mile walk, or its easier to get a train to somewhere called Bordesley?

I've walked it before (in the pissing rain) and it's not bad pretty straightforward, and in the after game gridlock I found it probably quicker than public transport.

It’s about a 10 minute walk from Bordesley station to St Andrews.

The time it takes to walk to Moor Street station (5 minutes from New Street), waiting for the train and the walk from Bordesley to the away end, it would probably take about the same amount of time if you go straight from New Street. It is practically one straight road from the Bullring through Digbeth High Street and to the ground.

Best bet probably would be to take a taxi from New Street and walk it back after the match.

Definitely jump a taxi, fiver in a black cab.

You'll most likely get a police escort back to the station after.

From what I can gather we were shit, luckily I'm on holiday so I don't care,

Probably be the last time we ever play them, they'll be joining the European super league soon.

I hear there was a bit of grief post match, hopefully all from here returned unscathed

I think the Birmingham fans were annoyed that they were hunger and can't afford any bread, luckily our owner has agreed to send down a load of old cake we've got lying around...

I've missed all the banter! :)

I couldn't get to the game as I had to feed the horses, mend the feckin trailer and sort out some lead that I found.
But bling! We won. I was hoping we weren't going to score more than 6 as I'd have run out of fingers for counting.

You're just a fat Karl Henry, a fat Karl Henry.

Ha! Pleased to see that, that sort of toss pot behaviour is why we can't drink and stand in the grounds because we can't trust the away day mongs that every club has. Probably the sort of person who would moan like balls if he saw a Blues fan doing a similar thing at Mol on a video.
