The FA are (rightly) criticised a lot. However, on this rare occasion, they have shown a lot of sense and compassion in not giving Jake Livermore a suspension. I'm sure you all saw the article recently that cited his failed drugs test was due to a depression caused by the loss of his child, but reports since claim that was simply the tip of the iceberg for him.
I hope he gets the chance now to play, forget about his time away from the game and is given the support needed to get over the issues in his personal life. Jake is a player that, when in the right frame of mind, can be a quality midfielder, and would shine in this division. I look forward to seeing him back in a City shirt.
