They have always been tinpot. They like their rugby too much to care about the football. Their claim to fame like one or two other clubs was they had a notorious hooligan element a few years back.
That's gone as well, they're allowed to travel freely to Ashton Gate and until this year there was no trouble on their last two outings. The last two seasons one of our trips there has been a bubble trip and the other our fans got held outside the ground and most missed the last train back, thankfully we got a lift back.

Sold over 1,100 for Burton, think there is pay on the day as well.

Will probably shift another couple of hundred I imagine.

Wolves have sold 856 for the trip to ours next Friday

Thought they would of sold 2.5k, it's always a poorly travelled game from most clubs the week before Xmas though, tommorrow will probably be our lowest crowd of the season thinking on especially as only a minibus of away fans are turning up.

I'm saying nowt, they get upset if you slag their away numbers......

Fucking wank.
Errrr, do we? I'm happy to admit it's shite but it's completely what I expected, I said 400 tops in the matchday thread.

What you charging them? Bristol city have sold 350 for tommorrow :ffs::ffs:
It's shite for a top six clash but I remember our last top six clash well. 2014/15, Saturday 3pm in February and you brought down 752...

Doesn't get to many aways himself does he?

I've always thought Rovers travelled better than City.
They always average significantly less than us, they just travel well when they play teams like Birmingham or Wolves who we play every single season because it's a big draw for them. Their away support is decent for a club of their size as I've always said, but it's nowhere near as good as ours.

I always thought they had better away support. What was their average last season?

Not sure why, they've never averaged more than us in a season since records have been kept. They averaged just over 1k after a double promotion and their first season back in L1 for years, and 9,000 at home. They're averaging 800 away this season and have had two followings less than 400 on Saturdays, Scunny and Bradford.

League one 4th year, completely shite stuff to watch under clough , we were way behind you so underachieving yet again. If the fixture was at you're place tommorrow we would have 1k there simple as that.

There you go then. I just assumed they travelled better than you for some reason.

I'm more surprised at wolves low turn out at Sheffield Wednesday, or should I say predicted low turn out.

No excuses for that following, it was shit, just as shit as ours is tomorrow but you won't catch me trying to dress it up with excuses.

No mate. As I said, their away support is decent for a club of their size but their numbers are always significantly less than ours over the course of the season. They had 800 at Fulham in midweek this season for their first game there in 10 years, we had 1,900 for our fourth in three years.

However saying that we had 3k at Notts county 3 days later on the Tuesday so all the points I made were a load of shit so yes it was shite. Do you seriously think another 1600 would of come still if it was on saturday?

Yeah we would've, I know lots of people that were planning the trip, some that even booked train tickets and then six weeks before the match the fixture date gets changed. 1,500 would've been the absolute minimum, it's so annoying it's been moved.

Hopefully we push the 500 barrier with POTD...

You could not manage 1K to Hull so no way you'd take 1500-2K to United. No fucking chance.

We managed 1,100 to you at an extrorionate price so I'm absolutely fucking certain we'd have had at least 400 more for a bigger game, at a ground we haven't played at for three seasons and at more reasonable prices. Without doubt.
