It doesn't help that the controllable stuff like fitness training seems to be non-existent based on our game. Teams can still be fit even if they are crap. Swindon is probably the least fit team I've seen in over 30 years of watching professional football. Some of your players were blowing out of their backside at the end of the 1st half.

Absolutely nailed on the head. It's frankly amateurish at our place currently. You must be gutted at not getting 6 gimme points next season!

So if we could say the 4 worst run clubs will go down, whose the bottom 4?

Cov and swindon would be a given.

Latics have been a shambles for years but seem to do enough come January to pull us clear which I expect to happen again. I've not heard many a bad word said against the Chesterfield board either. I'd. Prob say bury would be 3rd choice but who for the 4th spot? Vale?

If it was based on worst run then Charlton would be a shoe-in!

Think we are gradually inching out of this, although we've got two very tough away days at Southend and Fleetwood to come

We've gained clean sheets but lost all goal threat. 1 defeat in 6 is okay but I'm not sure 5-3-2 will keep us up. Chesterfield next and probably a must win for them and must not lose for us. Quite a few teams still involved which is good for us although Vale have 2 games in hand - not sure who they are against though.

It really doesn't matter - I can't see Vale winning another game all season

Going to be a big ask for us now IMO, Remie Streete has a suspected fracture in his leg during the game last night and we have zero central defensive cover so means Knopps going there. Streete easily one of our best players this season.

Add to that Jerome Thomas is constantly injured or ill/CBA, De Freitas now struggling and Foley not fit but having to play again after a long lay off... things aren't looking great and could do with a free agent centre half signing!

This looks like it is going to be pages and pages of 'We're more shite than you'

We will break that sequence of draws at Coventry on Saturday btw

God this season is bloody depressing.
Slades tactics belong in the dark ages, I want this season over asap , a new young up and coming manager appointed and a complete clear out of all but 2/3 of the players.
Strangely looking forward to next season as at least these pub players and pub manager won't be wearing the famous skyblue.
Now what's the best way to get to Grimsby

warning to all other clubs, do not sign any of our players in the summer, even if free, as you will soon regret it.
Total shambles the lot of them, though on the bright side and it was hard to find ,we do have some really decent youngsters coming through our soon to be closed academy which could form the backbone of next seasons opener against Forest Green or Dover

Know where you're coming from, guys. We're getting screwed over by Power. Either dogma or just pigheadedness on his part.

Telling fans he is keeping to what has relegated us is just what fans want to hear! Hope L2 is as far as we fall.

You Coventry and Swindon lot sound just like us at the minute... Chairman losing the plot, shit squad, fear of falling further and further.

Not great... looking like us 3 and Chesterfield may fall sadly.

Your foreign recruitment seemed like a shit or bust move by Smurf. Not paid off, obviously - but at least it was trying something different. Watching our lot fannying around for 2 seasons, making the same mistakes over and over and then being told to expect more of the same has turned hundreds/thousands of fans away.

The foreign manager was more the problem, Knopps, De Freitas and Big Reg haven't been too bad and Amoros and Kiko have promise but Brown has alienated them. We were set up by Bruno to play such a poor system, some of the foreign players haven't even featured so a total waste of a wage and we've then just signed loads more English players to try and rectify it with a lot of youngsters or ex Prem granddads leaving us with a 30-35 man squad, loads of unhappy foreign lads and inexperienced kids trying to stop the rot.

Looked a great success for the first two months then Bruno was too stubborn to adapt his tactics once we got found out.

Without looking I would imagine we have about 8 defenders, 15 midfielders and 5-6 strikers so massively unbalanced too.

Rumours Smurf has had enough and is getting ill from it all, we know he wants a crazy amount to sell and has been suggested he will cut all funding and retire into the background too so once relegated who knows what the future holds, although we had that from Smurf last season then he started financing all these players and experiments.

Last seasons squad with the emergence of Smith and a couple of decent signings would of seen us challenging the right end... possibly not with Page in charge of it though. We didn't need the massive change but he offered players pay cuts to rid them and force Page to quit. Totally pointless.

For you guys who may be coming down with us, would you take a last game survival and stay in this division or go down and have a total clear out of the dross who wear your proud colours, as they could stay on if you survive.
Our players this season have been a total disgrace wearing the shirt, no fight, no passion, no will to roll up their sleeves and fight for every loose ball, absolutely nothing. They are more interested in putting pictures of their new cars they have just got on bloody facebook.
So I am actually relieved in a strange way that when we go down the club will have to really shake the squad up, most are on contracts till season end so they know they are going anyway. I cant stand another season watching a bunch of overpaid fairies running around pretending to represent our proud city.
So if it has to be done lets go down and shake the club up, its a total mess as most of you know, and if it takes a few seasons down there lets get things in place with young hungry players giving their all every match

I want to stay up, its so hard to get out League Two and took us 5 years last time. Bradford, Vale, Gills, Rotherham, Portsmouth, Plymouth all modestly sized clubs can testify its a real slog to get back out of it!

The new ground thing, playing different teams, having as many away fans as home novelty wears off pretty quick when Accrington Stanley/Morecambe/Barnet dick you at home. It isn't a pleasant experience at all.
