You'd sooner pay £30 extra for the sake of 15 minutes work? Absolute madness. Also, what happens when the build installed needs updating?

What build is on it by the way?

Automatic updates, I believe.

I'm just out of the quill and paper stage so paying a bit extra is no big deal for me.

Depending on the build it won't update automatically, or not on a reliable basis anyway.

I'm reliably informed Indian Dan is paid £500 per hour. To waste 15 minutes for the sake of £30 is just poor economics!

I agree with Pagnell. I managed to put this so called Kodi on a firestick and I'm thick as shit. Even managed to do some add-ins too. Struggling a bit with sport streams but tv/ movies work fine.

Sports streams are a bit poop these days. I pay a few quid a month for IPTV and have some great quality streams.

The sports streams on Mobduro are fine. No buffering - quality not quite as good as Sky, for example, but very watchable.

Unless you're paying for it via bitcoin (and even that is traceable if they're determined enough) you're taking a chance. Such things are illegal and the likes of Sky are now cracking down on it. If the service you're using gets siezed, they will go after the people paying for it.

I usually sit behind a VPN, I know it's not guaranteed safety. I might look into using Bitcoin, been put off it though as I know someone who was in a big Bitcoin scandle a good few years back.

Don't think I'd ever pay for it no matter what the circumstances illegally anyway. There are still streams out there that are very much watchable for free as long as you don't mind seeing every single pixal in HD.

Never seem to find a good stream of SSN but I only watch that for soccer Saturday on the odd occasion.

Haha I caught the last 20 minutes of that last week. Horribly cringy, might be okay with the sound off though.

Finally done something about the sound on this tinny laptop and enhanced options for listening to the growing pile of vinyl.

Respect for the tapes, Alan.
I'm being pressed to get rid from certain quarters - dust gatherers that I/we rarely play.

It'll never happen. Some are inheritances from a mate who went through the same pressures and we used to swap copied tapes and then CDs of our best finds. Most are the only source I have of the music on them. They include lots of old blues, BBC In Concerts from the 70s/80s, the full "John Lennon Story" from BBC ( I recorded a lot from a decent FM Tuner), various american stuff bought in junk stores to play in hire cars when we did fly/drive holidays over there and some great pirated tapes (mainly reggae) picked up on holiday in Sierra Leone in the 80s. They include a favourite:

Sorry about the presentation but my man cave/ dining room is a work in progress. Hopefully it should all be sorted presently. I will post again when they are on a more acceptable position.
Many thanks

I like the unorthodox composition and your wonderful phallic speakers but note that both you, and the previous purchaser of fine goods (who similarly delighted me with his submission), are guilty of a regrettable breach in cushion etiquette. I hate to be the one to point this out, as I'm sure it was just an unfortunate oversight, but do feel we must try to maintain standards!!!
Yours,
TPP, Cushion Monitor

Dear sir,
I've taken note of your ( mainly) fair critique and will endeavour to rectify these issues.
If I could refer you to my previous post for some context regarding the situation at chez Aber.
Many thanks for your appreciated patience.
