gameiro has been rumoured too. can't see him staying in madrid now that costa is back but can't see him joining us either.

brighton have made an offer for mitrovic. would have liked him to be given a chance here but he's definitely leaving either now or in the summer.

I gave up on Mitrovic last season. He didn't show any signs of improvement in the Championship when you'd think that would be his best chance to. I just don't think he's ever going to do it for us.

yeah, kinda feel the same. with how poor joselu has been though, and with gayle losing the ability to finish chances this season, i would have liked to see him get more minutes. few times he's come off the bench he's done more than joselu had in during the previous 80 minutes. that said, when he was given a chance he may have scored (west ham) but he quickly followed it up with a 3 match ban for flooring lanzini. can see why rafa doesn't trust him and if the money is good he should be moved on.

He wants one that can finish. We've been alright with creating chances (I believe we were ranked 8th for chances created earlier this season), our strikers just shit the bed in front of goal.

Reported we had a bid turned down for Nicolai Jorgensen last night from a reliable Feyenoord source, so not even sure we're interested in Slimani.
