In almost-but-not-quite L2 news, I see Mo Eisa has joined Posh for £1m+. Hell of a lot for a player with only one good season in L2 behind them.

I suppose it still counts as we get a percentage of any profit City made - given Posh are claiming to have smashed their transfer record (previously £1.25m) and we sold him for £1m, then we should be getting a decent wedge of sorts.

Nathan Ralph, Dundee, left back rumoured, better teams linked (Barnsley and Hull), presume he’d be back up there. Josh Wright as mentioned above has liked a tweet linking him to Orient so hopefully that goes through.

It’s possible, I just checked the retained list and he’s under ‘verbally agreed new contract’ which obviously means nowt.

Vale fans, what is Mitch Clark like? Apparently you had him on loan from Villa last season. I'm putting 2 and 2 together here whilst waiting for confirmation as to who this new RB is, but that's one rumour.

Did well for us. Can play either RB or LB. decent going forward as well. Would be a very decent signing. Bit surprising given his agent was saying clubs in the Bundesliga were after him.

Speculation today about Hallam Hope. According the club he hasn't put in a transfer request, but his agent has told Holsworth 'he wants to play at the highest level possible'. Could well be that his agent is trying to butter Holsworth up for when the inevitable bid comes in.

Seriously though, some of the players they're being linked to, the likes of Josh Morris, Jorge Grant, John Akinde etc are pretty impressive. Definitely be contenders I reckon.
