Stockport game also called off.

...two bloody minutes after I'd bought a bus ticket.

Quite surprised it was called off. Pitch didn't look great on Tuesday but it was far from unplayable. At the very least the club/officials should have made arrangements for an earlier pitch inspection. It hasn't rained that much today, so if it's unplayable now it would have been unplayable this morning.

First time I am a bit I am disappointed with a team selection. We have finally two wingers and a chance to play an offence game, instead we persist with flooding midfield. It means we shall compete.......but lose. Gonna have to gamble some point or will go down.

yeeaah we are 2-0 up.

for the last 2 months we've played good football, we are as good as team we play, we huff and puff, but create nowt. then lose.

today we get totally and utterly outplayed, boston miss chance after chance after chance................we nick 2 goals with our only shots on target

aaah so the key to winning is be crap

long way to go because way boston played first half they can easily score 3 in second, we need to defend well

I see Salford lost again. How many points clear were they. Would be a monumental disaster if they threw this away after assembling a whole new squad

their fans have been saying most of the season they have not played well but just kept winning.

now it seems that lady luck isn't there at present, they could be caught which surprises me as they were long gone 2 months ago

another amazing thing is looking like 45-46 points may be safety mark:bl:

Alfreton 2-1 Tamworth

YES! GET IN THERE

Massive win that. I will be honest didnt think it was going to come. We created very little in open play, in fact I dont think the Tamworth keeper had a save to make!

It was a tight and hard fought throughout. Tamworth took the league when we struggled to clear our lines and with the ball bobbling around in the area, Darryl Knights poked it goalwards and Elliott made a hash of it and the ball trickled in.

A piece of absolutely brillance from Brendon Daniels as he converted a stunning freekick from 25 yards to bring us level.

Tamworth were then reduced to then men on the stroke of half time as Andy Burns was sent off for bringing Cieron Keane down when he was clean through. Red card for me.

We never play well against 10 men and so it proved again. Tamworth defender well and were stubborn and we struggled to create much at all from open play. Then inexplicably Tom Allan was hauled down in the area - clear penalty. Westcarr who had just come ona s a subsitite used all his experience to send the keeper the and secure the win.

Delighted tonight. A refreshing change to see the players willing to roll their sleeves up and earn a win. And we certainly have to earn that. I think Tamworth were feel they were unfortunate.

Seems the long trek for Brackley was too much as they never recovered from going 2 down in the first 6 minutes at Blyth. Surrpising result.

Luckily enough, North Ferriby at home on Tuesday presents the ideal opportunity to get back on track.

Great performance from the lads today it wasn't pretty but effective, I was somewhat surprised how well the pitch looked after all the rain and drizzle they've had over the last few days, and the weather was miserable in Bradford today. Arrived at The Dropkick pub (what a name) near the ground for a few drinks and then had a walk to the ground.

First half wasn't all that great each side cancelling each other out in the midfield, we started brightly enough without ever really threatening the Bradford goalkeeper and that was the same with ours. But the delayed reaction from Reece Styche just before half-time to pull the trigger, we probably should have gone in at 1-0 up? We looked pretty comfortable against an average Bradford side who were there for the taking.

Second half we stepped up, and should have had more than one goal, but our savior the brilliant Dave Syers who timed his run to perfection to grab us the eventual winner. Get in the stand erupted! Pears kept us in the game with a magnificent save, what a goalkeeper this young lad is growing with confidence with each game. Bradford rallied in the last 10 minutes but they were never any real threat of scoring.

The sending off was a bit of an embarrassment, I think Thommo knew he dived? He didn't really kick-off, unlike Styche he got a little bit too excited and got hauled off by TW. Good to see us all on the running track towards the end with the players closely applauding.

Great friendly club BPA. Shame the local scroats have been vandalizing the ground again, damaging the back of the stand and seats. The club doesn't need this sort of behavior. Absolute disgrace!

ah that must be Mr Tang from the old League portal then.........i'd have met up, but i dont think i can as i think we've segregated the home fans......we have i think given us about 1 side and your lot 3 sides  It means i lose my regular place which is annoying.

that is if game is on, weather report for week so far suggests it could be warm or cold, be dry, wet or snow.

It is hard to say, i could listen to the game yesterday and as i said at half time on here you could hear that they had 3-5 goals in them regardless of how we were doing, we were being outplayed yesterday all over the pitch, but on the break nabbed 3 goals.

so depends how you look at it, 3-0 up with 25 mins left and flogging it is disappointing, especially as Southport, Alfreton, Darlo and Telford all won........but you then look at fact is if one of the most out of form sides away at the top in form side in league and you get dominated for 90 minutes, conceed 3 goals but still come out of it with a vital point.......plus scoring 3 gooals when for 4 months your lucky to score one......so positives.

As i said before game Tuesday is the big game.......be many sides keeping check on that one, I know telford come into it off a big win but i think its a meaningless win as we're all beating NFU anyway................gonna be interesting week.

Some York fans been worried about situation between chairman and board, feel a lot better about it,signed 4 players today that isn’t sign of chairman pulling out.
Conner Brown made permanent switch from loan.
Left back Marcus Williams from Guiseley.
Young 16 year old from Gray old club Vinny Steele.
Plus a trailists who scored 3 goals today for reserves against Hartlepool

its a bit nervy listening to this Telford Vs curzon game tonight.......such a massive game for both.

Telford on top early, i'd expect that as home team will want to go out all guns blazing, we need to keep it tight and their fans will start to get on their backs.

Telford 0-1 Curzon at half time.

weathered some spells when Telford have been on top, but we've played for goals also and its been a tight game. Wonder if Telford manager has 45 minutes to save his job

2-0...........a smacker from outside box from 30 years.

their fans are getting very much on their sides back.

flanagan has made a couple of smart signings the last 2 weeks, McKenna scored and created a few since signing and we got a youth midfielder from stoke who has 2 goals in 3 games now.
