Good game against Cov but Jesus we can't finish for shit. Should've been out of sight by the time they got their 2nd equaliser, then after that they could've won it were it not for a couple of great saves from Davies.

Cant see Sunderland not winning at least 2 of their 3 games in hand, gonna be a big ask for us to keep up the pace till the end.

Great results for us today, not about performance just grinding out results now, especially away from home. 27 unbeaten is silly stuff really.

Great for Berry to get a goal today, a year to the day he had his ankle pointing in the opposite direction to where it should have been in one of the worst injuries ive ever had the displeasure to witness. I wondered if he would be the same player again, but he is back as good as ever. Great recovery from him.

We’re really missing Moore but also the others should have done better with a few of those chances. A point apiece was a fair result though, both teams played well. It’s just frustrating that we haven’t taken our chances over the last few games to pull away. Sunderland still have a tougher run in but I reckon we’re going to have to face the playoffs.

Another month unbeaten for Luton, surely even the EFL will have to finally give Mick Harford a Manager of the Month award, he should have won at least one already though so I won't hold my breath.

14 games unbeaten under Mick now, more than half the current 27 game unbeaten run is under him.

Not that i'm particularly fussed about it but would have thought he would get it this month. Fair shout for the Wimbledon boss though, lost last week so that might be what stops him from getting it, but they look like they might be extracting themselves from a very sticky looking situation!

Well things are certainly looking up for us at the moment. Just need to keep picking up the points. If form continues we should stay up. Other than Luton all our games are teams in similar position but worse form

Congrats Luton.

Yes they had the budget and the money but so have many teams before, still got to put it onto the pitch and do the business. With all that’s going on there can see them becoming an established championship club.

Oh to have an owner like sweet. Gedon buys. Finally some peace and quiet on this forum next year?

Wait Luton now claiming they didn't have any budget?

I seem to remember you lot coming on here bragging that the budget will be strong for this league considering the owners aren't poor, selling of best players etc

We do have a decent budget but its not like its huge for the level. Seems a slightly odd thing to pick up on. Of the top 4 ours will be the smallest and most of the 11 are the same as last years League 2 team. Not like weve spent silly money.

Budget talk is generally very tiresome, as the Plymouth fan pointed out very correctly it doesn't necessarily translate at this level like it does in the Premier League (Peterborough are a good example!), so dont know why I've entered into this really :ffs:

Guess i was being a tad defensive picking up on the one possible negative point in a positive praising post from Green. My apologies.

Im half waiting for the naysayers and parade pissers to pop out the woodwork.

Cheers prof...a proper anus muncher you are....
However Gary sweet is not the owner he's the chief executive officer....
Allegedly there's a consortium from U.K. And USA in the background...

Weve benefitted from it and used it quite smartly to blood youngsters earlier than they would have got a shot, or games for players returning from injury or out of the first eleven or eighteen. We're not gonna stop it, our clubs are still gonna play in it so utilise it.

Can we relegate these two teams to non league for actually bothering with this tournament.

I s'pose that we should be thankful that it was two proper teams that were in the final as opposed to an an academy side. If my team had made it - don't laugh at the back - I would have boycotted. Yes, seriously, I would. I've not watched a Chuckaturd match since the academies were invited.
