Just seen the highlights, how in God's name did Toffolo only get a yellow for that kung fu kick on Gabby Rogers?!? Should be a 5 game ban. Disgraceful decision.

Lincoln getting away with a dodgy decision? Are you sure mate? That really doesn't sound like them at all.

As they say, things tend to go your way at the top and not at the bottom. Long may it continue.

Lincoln have enquired about being promoted into the NFL instead of league 1 if they finish top 3.

And Grimsby have enquired about being relegated into the NCL rather than the National League if they finish in the bottom 2.

Think we are around mid table in the fair play league. I wonder who is much nearer the bottom?!
Well yeah getting yellow cards two games in a row for blatant red card offences is gonna have you in that false position of mid table.

Is that your best? Christ I thought whilst you’d been on your exile you’d have thought up some better put downs than that.

This is the foul for the free kick for FGR’s second goal:

Are League 2 refs all off their tits on spice or are we just bring really unlucky recently with incompetent ones?
Now I don’t think it cost us any points as I’m pretty sure we’d have lost anyway but that given as a foul, just fuck off.

Nice for us to get a decision for once. Ref missed a clear pen second half but luckily Browny's buried the free kick. Grimsby looked ok in possession but toothless up top and dodgy at the back. Quite an easy win tbh.

Grimsby fans concerned at all ? Bit of a poor run, granted you've played some decent sides.

I'd say anyone from yourselves down are still twitching.

Yeah we’re definitely not safe yet, thankfully though whenever we have one of these poor runs were we barely have a shot we then seem to follow it with a decent unbeaten run to stop us getting fully dragged in. I’m concerned but also confident we’ll have enough to be safe.

Yeah Yeovil fans were quiet, was bloody bitter on that uncovered terrace!

Looking forward to League 1 footy next season. Some key signings look like they'll get us over the line comfortably.

Hopefully Scunny stay up look forward to that one.

Some interesting news on stadium expansion coming out this week, hopefully we can get near 13000 capacity, probably need more in League 1 to be honest but small steps.

Great time to be in imp. Night all.

I'm surprised we put you on the terrace, we don't ususally open it unless the other team bring at least 500.

Sounded a comfortable one last night - akin to a training session at times according to Radio Lincs.

Good to gives breathers to Frecklington, O'Connor, McCartan and Akinde for varying periods of time and also getting more minute into Rowe.

Depends how the rest of this month goes. Once the window slammed shut last year, after we had lost all our remaining good players and completely failed to replace them, we knew we were fucked. We were stuck with a team win no quality, no confidence and even less desire. I can't begin to explain how big a miracle it was that Jolley kept us up.

We have a much better squad this year with a handful of extremely hard workers. If we are to be dragged into another relegation fight, I'm confident the players can battle out of it. If we can sign one or two more good players in key positions we should be fine, if not and we somehow end up losing some players, yeah it might get messy.

Not overly. January was always gonna be tough. We really needed to win that game against Macc, that's been the killer one. Admittedly we haven't been playing well for a while, even during December when we were in great form results wise. However, I think the players we have are good enough to go on a run and pull ourselves out of it. The squad we have now is better than the one that didn't go down last season and unlike last season I can see a fair few teams that are worse than us. We've struggled with injuries and suspensions lately and couple that with a few new faces coming in, a change in system, a big cup match and tough fixtures then I don't think it's close to panic stations yet considering all factors, despite the fact that recent results and performances are slightly concerning.

You were absolutely shocking against us and definitely one of the worst sides we played. But your keeper is incredible and managed to win you the 3 points so fair enough. As long as he stays inform you'll be fine

Not buying that we were terrible. Like I said at the time, it's a two part game; attacking and defending. We defended very well, not just McKeown. Did we play terribly against Palace because they had 90% possession? Hardly.

Genuine question, were you at the game? You were shocking. Your defence didn't do well either, the clue is that we managed to get so many shots on goal. It was solely down to your keeper and I'll be amazed if you manage to keep him in the summer.

P.S - You were shite against Palace as well.

Grimsby'll be fine.

Inconsistent and seem to swing from a winning run to a losing one quickly but they generally beat those teams at the bottom so that'll keep them out of danger.

I watched it online and I disagree with you entirely but that's the beauty of opinions. If you miss out on the playoffs by a point, be sure to think of us

How am I being bitter? We had 30 shots and like 65% possession. You were terrible but your keep was incredible. Nothing bitter about it.
Yes, I was at the game and you actually had 51% possession and just 7 shots (only 2 on target that were both from 45 yards). We were by far the better team and you obviously know that too.
