Yes, but Johnson shouldn't go.

They've got a top 10 squad when you write it down on a piece of paper, according to Scott (spelt backwards) - so that should see 'em reyt.

Although, now the vastly overrated Tammy Abraham has turned into Bambi on ice, they do look a touch vulnerable.

Behave yourself, Tammy's been brilliant for us.

Not as good on the ball as Kodjia but a much better finisher, and he went for £15m last summer, and is 8/9 years older.

Seems/seemed decent at knocking them in from 2yrd scrambles, I'll give you that.

At the moment, he looks not even half the player that his early season goal spree and subsequent wankfest suggested.

I think it works out that with the loan fee you paid, you'd have paid about £40k per week for his services.

I think he's overrated, and I'm never wrong. So think on young'un.

Got to be there to score them. He's a top young player and won't be at this level this season I'd bet.

Bristol City will not go down and Bristol City should not get rid of Johnson.

If clubs keep getting rid of young managers whenever they suffer a bad patch then eventually the game will run out of managers

Johnson has got to sort his shit out. Talks a good game but 7 points in about 12 matches is fucking awful. Two home defeats in a row against teams who combined probably have less fans than us is unacceptable.

Abraham is not a great finisher and not as good as Kodjia yet imo. The former has missed a double hattrick of easy chances in 3 days. At least when the latter missed it was generally from his own work.

TB quick to pipe up now that Ipswich are higher than us in the table and only just at that. Are Ipswich Town destined for League One? When should McCarthy go?

On Johnson I feel the good start is hurting him at the moment, had we been at this position all season few questions would have been asked. He deserves the opportunity to turn things around and as someone has said there will be 3 worse teams than us for sure so doubt we're in danger of dropping to league one. For the rest of this season hopefully LJ can get us in a position for a good campaign next season (not even top 6 position necessarily). We're not being blown away in most the games we're losing, Brentford we could have easily won and by the sounds of it Preston could have gone either way, helped by a fortunate goal for them. Last season we were being destroyed in games so there is a marked improvement in regards of performance generally from what I've seen/read we just haven't picked up the points (appreciating its a results based industry).

TB's got a bee in his bonnet ever since some on here had the audacity to suggest we'd score against the defensive might of Ipswich Town and win the game. Wouldn't worry about it.

Brizzle will be fine... Wolves, Burton and Rovrum are all worse than them for starters

Why us particularly? Why not make a thread asking the same question of pretty much every team in the bottom half of the table? Would it have something to do with a certain comfortable defeat the OPs team suffered at our hands a couple of weeks back?

OTIB offline tonight...

...not for the first time on the night of a bad result when the knives will be out for the all rich and powerful Lansdown's golden boy.

Obviously just coincidence though...
