Got a feeling we'll drop points here. Dunno why, but just do. 2 - 2.

It's very hard to make a logical case for us springing any surprises today, we've a proper uphill battle. With a depleted squad currently, we'll most likely get over-run. One fully fit senior central midfielder is a concern. And other fit players who were bang in form recently, look jaded.

Although it would be a proper Bournemouth thing to do to pull something out of the hat in the circumstances! But hope is pretty much all I can come up with.

Very lucky there, looked like a pretty clear offside for Salah.

Twice in 2 matches against the big boys Bournemouth have been hard done by with an offside decision.

Yet they got one going for them in the week..

Last thing we need when already looking at a long shot is an opening goal like that going against us. Compare and contrast with our opening 'goal' incorrectly disallowed for offside against Arsenal the other week. :dk:

0-0 at half time would have been a nice platform.

As it was we went and pissed the game away minutes into the restart with that 2nd goal. What was S.Cook doing? And that turned him into a walking disaster zone for the rest of the game. Think the 3rd was his own goal.

A very slick performance from Liverpool even if their 2nd half goals were gifted to them. Salah seemed to be everywhere, popping up in all sorts of gaps. Was surprised how well Milner as full back held Fraser too.

As a team they go from one end of the pitch to the other at such pace that means you can never relax on the ball even if well into their half. So we could camp and defend, waiting to eventually get picked off, or we can try an attack and put ourselves at even more danger. Makes them virtually impossible to play when they get it right.

We've got a week to try getting some of our short term injuries back. Wilson and Gosling would help. Our squad was so threadbare today, the bench had little quality to bring on to try changing things. Then it's another 3 game week before Christmas.

We certainly get decisions (correct & incorrect) and slices of luck v the likes of Huddersfield, that we certainly don't get against Liverpool, Arsenal or Man Utd. Just the way it is, I'm sure it's similar for Watford.

A midfield consisting of Fabinho ,Gini and Keita has to be the way forward, anything that affords Firmino the opportunity to pull the strings up front has my express approval.

Salah seems to have finally found his Jimmy Grimble boots and Alissons evidently been watching Big Sami judging by the height he achieved with that headed clearance.

3 points ,top of the league and we remain unbeaten.

In my opinion, Bournemouth struggled to deal with Liverpool's winger Mohammed Salah (recently signed from Roma).

It strikes me now that chasing a team is emotionally a lot easier to cope with than trying to stay ahead of one.

22 games to go, we can do it!

what I seen of the game I was very impressed by Liverpool. Can see them being there or thereabouts come the end of the season. Don't blame the linesman for not giving offside as it was very close and he can only decide in a split second whilst the viewer has the luxury of replay(s).

The illegitimate opening goal completely changed the game.

Am I surprised by Liverpool's fortune?

The answer is no.

Etc.

Oh mate I remember so well watching United, thinking they were so incredibly unlucky. Like it was unreal. I was comfortable in the knowledge that their luck would run out, though. Any day it would.

This was way back in 1997.

Bout time we got some luck, since we are factually the unluckiest team in the league. ;)

I agree ,the goal was spurious in nature and has no place in the modern game and only a pact with the devil could have plausibly spawned such an aberration.

I think its high time the FA opens a nefarious acts department 'NAD' for short if you like ,specifically for the prevention of immoral occurrences or non muggle incidents
