I think we'll win this one. Our home performances have been OK recently it's just away from home where we've generally been dog shit and can't score for toffee. A hard fought 2-1.

I wouldn't be surprised if it's that 11 but 4-4-2 rather than 3-4-2-1.
Not overly enthused but I'll go, as usual. I will admit to being a tad peeved by the new SC prices TBH and the performance at Burton hasn't helped.:(

Well that's 2 clean sheets in a row without our vastly overrated CB

Against burton and Ipswich to be fair, no disrespect to those teams but they hardly stretched our defence.

We were shit today, but kelly was good.

What a crap spectacle that was.
Like Jon, I was impressed with Lloyd Kelly, he looks a real prospect and oozing with confidence.
Magners went down right in front of me and it didn't look good at all. With the World cup on the horizon, I hope, for him, it's not as bad as it looked (it looked like his knee went the wrong way TBH).
On Magners, he looks so much better at CH than he does at LB.
In B Block we were all saying we haven't got any more CH's and had all forgotten about Jens Hegeler who did ok.
Nice to see Milan back as Fammy was shocking today so at least there's another option.
Eros is just mint. When he went down late in the 2nd half, I don't think their bloke even touched him, great shithousing by our Italian, nice and cynical.:)
Ipswich are a hardworking but ultimately toothless side judging by today, I'm not sure Frankie had a save to make although their keeper can't have had many, 2 I think.
Shit game, shit weather, decent result pretty much sums it up for me.
Nothing to do with the City match but this is worth a read...

No way can Flint waltz back in the team if it's Barnsley 0

Dropping Lloyd would be harsh after today but I would imagine LJ will start JB.
After seeing how good this kid is, losing Joe in the summer (if we do) isn't the awful prospect I thought it would be. Lloyd looks like he could be some player.

Bryan will have to go LW until Paterson gets his form back, or Pato moves to RW

You're probably right. We don't half need COD back as Paterson (and Brownhill for that matter) looked absolutely shattered!
