Aye it is bloody annoying, but if you'd asked any of us prematch we would've took 5 - 2 without a doubt.

Couldn't give a shite for Liverpool in all honesty, the important thing is Mo Salah making me a decent wedge tonight. Nice one fella :10:

Bitter sweet result. Only Liverpool can win 5-2 first leg of semi final and still feel not confident of going through to the final.

Now what will happen in the 2nd leg? Will the plucky underdogs storm their way to the final or can the plucky underdogs come back?

Thank you, Reds for another memorable CL night (hopefully we'll see similar tomorrow ). Always nice to see when an Italian team gets lots of goals (reminded me a bit when Bayern destroyed them 7-1 in Rome in 2014). OK the 2 away goals at the end were unnecessary but I am sure that the Reds won't play the same crap like Barca did in Rome. They'll score in Rome too because...yeah....Mo Salah

Maybe we'll see at last a different Ballon D'or Winner than those 2 guys who normally win it. Bayern could help Mo a bit by denying CR7 another CL final.

He will. It'd cost like £250 million to get him off us after one season which in itself is insane, and not something any club will spend on a player who's got one season at this level.

He'll probably leave next summer though.

The thing is, we don't need to sell this summer or next summer, he's less than 1 year into a 5 year contract. So unless he decides to do the sulky go on strike thing (which I can't see happening) we can sell him when we choose to.

However, another season approaching anything like this and I can see a world record fee being offered, and us not turning it down.

This is what I think will happen. Another season like this and it makes no sense for any club with the money available to not buy him. He could very possibly prove to be a once in a generation talent, at a club not financially or otherwise strong enough to keep hold of him.

Right, let the best con men win then. There’s been more focus on the ref in 7 minutes today than over 90 yesterday.

That was bafflingly bad from Marcelo. It’s like he doesn’t realize he’s a left back and couldn’t give a fuck who defends that space.

Yeah, doubt he'll have any positive impact for Real today.

He went running after a ball that wasn’t in play. But yeah he’s played 1-1 with himself

Damn it. Out of nowhere this 1-1. **** it, but that's Real. You can't waste your chances against them. So instead of 2 or 3-0 it's 1-1. And Robben and Boateng already out. Hummels looks a bit nervous, his pass in the penalty area to a Madrid player gave me nearly another heart attack. Don't do this again, Mats.

They are. Deadly clinical machines. That's why they are so "loved". Damn it, Bayern bottled it again in the home leg. 1-2 like in 2017. And you already know how the 2nd leg will end, even if Bayern can make it 2-1 again like in 2017. Either the stoppage time will be endless until Madrid scores or the Refs "find another way".
Damn, I really hate watching Real matches in the CL. So my fingers are already crossed for a 6th Reds win in the final. Please, no 3rd CL title in a row for Real.

Real inevitably through, you have to say. We will score against anyone, including this bunch of cheating, referee bothering, diving cnuts should we make the final. Can we stop them scoring more then we do? I doubt it to be honest.

Yeah they are like the Man Utd of Europe, just so unbelievably lucky. Our goals per game average in the CL this season is >3 goals so if we can do that in the final (provided we get there) we'll have a chance. However they always find a sneaky way of getting out of jail, and it wouldn't surprise me if they won it yet again.

Depends on which Real shows up. Unfortunately, only the best of the two tends to show up in finals.

Just read that Jerome Boateng could be out up to 6 weeks and maybe even the World Cup is in danger. That's even worse news than ****ing Real winning another one over Bayern.

You'll still be nervous that Roma will come back on Thursday.

Usually I'm not bad, I've seen all this before, and I was relatively fine in the first leg, but with everything going wrong in the injury department, and now losing our assistant manager; it has knocked my confidence a lot I fully admit.

Still think we'll score there to seal this however, but we have to start well and put them on the backfoot.
