Any other club use this BS queuing system for away tickets? I join the queue at half 8, waiting until 9 for the tickets to be released, and then have to wait another half hour to have access to the website. By the time I get access an hour later all the tickets have been sold out ffs.

Do you not have any loyalty system

Yeah we do. We were allocated 5k overall, 2 days ago they were allocated to away ST holders only, and this morning to home ST holders. There were only 1200 left available mind, just pissed off for waiting all morning in a queue only to find when I was next in line they had all sold out. Also the way the queuing is organised it is at random so you can be waiting 5 minutes or 5 hours, by 9am it's basically like a free for all.

Surely you haven't got 3,800 away season ticket holders?
If the remaining tickets went on sale to all home season tickets holders, then you don't have a loyalty points system.
Have to say although I have miseed out on occasions the loyalty points system is generally the best and fairest way to allocate tickets.

We do number of aways . For example for blues it was season ticket holders who have been to 6 aways this season, then 5 aways, 3 aways, 1 away, then season ticket holders, members, general sale.
Whenever you are eligible you go online and you can basically pick your seat from whatever remains. First time we've used the pick your seat system and after a few minor problems to begin with, it works well.

I think it was away ST first, and then available to people who have been to another Cup game this season (which I haven't). Probably should have mentioned that originally.

The loyalty system usually works to be fair, but to normal ST holders it's shit to have to sit in an online queue for an hour waiting at random for your turn, only to say they've all sold out.

Millwall sold out for us in a couple of weeks, Saturday evening kick off in London was always going to be a popular one.

Sold 1,400 for Fulham on Saturday, I reckon we'll have about 1,600 on the day.

is it just an impression im getting but attendences both home and away seem very good so far this season - i'm sure i saw some figures somewhere else which had over half the teams averaging over 20k at home and quite a few teams seem to be getting impressive away numbers

14 clubs averaging 19,000+ at home this year, 12 averaging 20,000+. That'll take a dip over the course of the season but it's impressive.

Our away numbers have been going through somewhat of a renaissance this year, hard to put a reason to it if I'm honest, we've largely played horrendous football and are sat virtually bottom of the league

We've got a strange mindset as fans, the worse we get the more support we seem to able to call upon, it would be easy to give Millwall a miss being on tele and getting dicked 6-1 in our last away outing, 2000+ tickets have gone with a couple of weeks to spare though.

Hopefully will be a complete sell out, apparently there is only 500 tickets left in the Steve Bull and Billy Wright (family stand). Are you coming yourself?

No not this season. Went last year, but not bothering this time. Been to two so far, and the next one will probably be Leeds on a Friday night if I can afford the whole what comes after the game. I'd be surprised if it don't sell out if I'm honest.

Steady for Burton that , will probably pass the 150 mark. Plenty of bigger clubs than Burton have taken less than that at some point in this league for night games. Why is it on Friday? Guess rovers are at home and it's your turn to move fixtures

Exactly that, Rovers have Oxford on Saturday and the police force don't fancy trying to manage it despite it being on the total opposite end of town.

No complaints from me, I've got a half day off work anyway so gonna go down early, do enjoy friday night games.

It's not a bad following for them I suppose just seems an awfully low figure in this league. Doubt the gate will surpass 18,000 which is wank, should be 24,000+ for Leeds next Saturday though.

I suspect if you win on Friday the Leeds match won't be far off full, 4k away fans, still a big draw in this league and both teams at the top. What's it hold now at yours?

Should hope so, Leeds sold their 3,700 instantly. Capacity is 27,000, should get near filling it if we do win Friday. Only shitter is that tickets in the top tier of the main stand are £41 so that puts some off.

M6 (or M42 getting round Brum)/M5 on a Friday will put many off I imagine, not enough time to get to Bristol after work.

Sold out QPR in 2 weeks time. Sold out every game bar Hull (Tuesday night). Selling Norwich out on a Tuesday night will be a challenge, but 1500 have gone already and not on general sale yet.

Also managed to get a Man City ticket in the end as they gave us the the 2nd tier section which holds 600.

1500 sold so far for Norwich midweek? Top support that and I'd imagine it will sell out if it's not in general sale yet. You had the full allocation at QPR?

The QPR allocation was 2575, not sure if that is the full allocation put presume it is. The Norwich figure is probably helped because of the free travel, I doubt we would sell out if it wasn't for that.
