Didn't bristol city take less than 100 to hull a few years ago?
98, 2012, already long relegated and on Sky friday night game. I think 98 was being generous as well, looked like 30. Only sub 100 I've ever known it was really bizarre.

Once was in a Wednesday following of less than 100. (99)

Our reserves in a friendly at Exeter City, July 1983.

Wonder how many Fulham fans will venture down East London this evening? Most of them will be running back to Putney as usual...

Just watching the game, have they opened the bottom tier of the away end? Looks like there's people in the top few rows. Would've thought Fulham would've filled it given they're gunning for 2nd and unbeaten in about 20 games.

Ah. Fair enough.

Can understand Millwall not opening the bottom tier for Leeds, but Fulham? Not exactly a nawty club.

Biggest official league one I've been in was 7.6k at Barnsley, missed the big ones of the mid 80s.

Joyous to read; get yourselves over to the Premier, £30 a ticket for away fans, can you believe it ?

All you need to qualify is for your team to piss the League and Bingo you're in, its that simple ! Of course the Championship is a hard league an you'll need players that can do it on a cold Winters night, can take a tackle etc, so no poncey Europeans and you're good to go :)

I'd love to but my team are a bit wank, maybe next year eh. In the morning mind I will wake up grateful I've never lived in Wolverhampton, swings and roundabouts.

7.5k at mk, 7.5k at hillsborough, not sure official figure at palace that last match. They'll be the highest I've been in.

Not nearly as many as either you or Blade will be, I'm on 61 grounds out of the current 92 but after a quick scan through think I'm only on 19 wins. What about yourself?

Think it would be same game for a league match for me, recall similar numbers at Leicester and Port Vale among many others in the 91 promotion season.

Largest away for a Cup game, around 12k at Anfield 1984.
Missed out on the huge league followings to Maine Road (est 15k) and the Final day invasion of Cardiff in the same season.
Those were the days when you could just turn up and no official away numbers were given.

Biggest I remember at Hillsborough for a League game was approx 14k Geordies same season Keegan, Beardsley, Waddle etc. Great game 4 -2 win in front of over 42k. Although Man Utd were close on a few occasions.
I also know prior to my time Man Utd and Villa both took our Kop (Man U more successfully by all accounts) so they must have been bigger than Newcastle's following.

Strangely all the biggest away supports I remember, were when we were a second tier club.
The top flight probably had tighter ticket restrictions in place around that time.

Sadly the days of huge away support are now mainly a thing of the past, odd cup game and one or two grounds excepted.

19/48.

Covered most of them 2004-2014 which was a pretty shite period for us, especially the 15 covered in the PL. Unfortunately not been around for the bandwagon over the past four years.

The 4-1 was when Proudlock turned in to Ronaldo and bullied you lot out of the game, interesting day off the pitch too.

Aye a few of my dads mates always say Wednesday used to be a tasty fixture but never really seems to be any edge either at our place or yours when we play nowadays.

Done 44 of the current 92 and seen us win at exactly half

Chance to tick some more off if we get relegated :ds:
