Have you sold out then :lol: bizarre, it's one of the few I've not been too Mansfield, and we've played them 3 times now in the last 6 or 7 years I really don't understand why so many people want to go to them, how can you actually have any interest in the match. I think the last one I went too in this country was Rotherham (new ground opening), lasted about 3 minutes, before that no idea.
Yep.

Did Mansfield in 2005 I think it was

Fucked off before half time v Lincoln

Why did say there were 700 knobs at Lincoln, what happened?

I've only ever been to 2 pre-season friendlies, can't stand them. Was going to do Weston on the 28th July down there for the day out, probably wouldn't have gone to the game but it's an U23 friendly now so no-one will ben down there.

Pre-season friendlies are for the benefit of the players not the fans.

I attend them if it suits my plans and did a couple of very enjoyable Scottish pre-season tours when Steve Evans was here.

I went to Parkgate the other Saturday as it's normally an enjoyable afternoon out and it's a way of putting some money into the coffers of a local club. (the England match messed it up this season), but won't see another game due to holidays.

Go or don't go, but it hardly warrants denigration of those who actually like to support their team.

I see them as a chance to visit grounds I might not normally visit or have a little jolly somewhere in Europe for a few days.

I’d never attend a home PSF or at a ground I’ve already been to.

Matchday prices for the new season. To fans of clubs such as Bristol City and Ipswich, you’re welcome! To fans of clubs such as Leeds and Villa, my apologies!

Do you reckon we’ll be A or B? Tbh £30 is still fairly cheap in comparison to a lot of teams in this league nowadays, probably about my limit (even though I paid £35 for Bolton last year)

It may depend on what you charge us. If I remember right PNE are fairly generous with their prices so I’d hope we’d return the favour, although the club may not resist the guarantee of a sold out away end paying full whack if you’re going well. Right now I’d say the only three clubs I can guarantee will be Cat A are Leeds, Bolton and Villa.

Always find it bizarre when teams categorise games at this level, can only be based on milking large aways supports. Playing Leeds or Villa, or Wigan or Rotherham, it's still a Championship fixture with the same appeal.

We've sold just over 1500 for Rangers on Sunday - Should be a full house at Ibrox looking forward to a ground I've never been to.

If it's any consolation, we rip our own fans off to. Especially non members and non season ticket holders. Luckily it doesn't affect me.

Oh I know you do big time, your charging £90 to be a member ffs, it's gone beyond a joke, why on earth would anyone pay that to save a fiver a game, got to attend 18 games to cover it and I'm afraid non season ticket holders don't attend 18 games or very very very few will.

14 games as three are subject to higher discounts but you are spot on. Fucking ridiculous pricing.

Can't see any reason people will shell it out even if they plan to do 15 or 16 games which is I'd say about max for a non st holder. Shell £90 out now to save £5/£10 over a year, no thanks.

This incentive is to get people into buying season tickets, unfortunately the people who have work commitments or live outside of Sheffield have to suffer.

Cracking idea that seeing as it's only a mere £540 for the cheapest adult season ticket.

That's now, mine was 515 on North, about 450 on Kop for early bird. Still expensive. Not as though you lot are cheap either.

540 quid for a year of entertainment and beer on a weekend, bargain when people are quite happy to piss that away on a weekend in Benidorm.

A weekend in Benidorm is far more enjoyable than 23 home games in the championship though to be fair.

You get beer included with your season ticket? I’m now a Wednesday fan.
You'd have to leave your house before 2:58pm from now on to take advantage of it Tommo so you sure?

£320 in the South Stand, £14 a game. Very reasonable.

Benidorm is class to be fair but your season ticket guarantees you tickets for some great away days as well. Personally I do both, was in Benidorm last weekend.
