We've signed duxberry from stockport. Happy with that
Verbally agreed a deal with us and then didn’t turn up to sign it yesterday. Leaves a bad taste in the mouth but we’ll move on.

Will he even start for you?

I can only think that Zaine will be moving to a football league club. Be surprised if he wasnt. We wouldn't have signed Duxberry as back up

The potential is there for a very good keeper to emerge. Liverpool wouldn't have paid a million for a dud. However, he became very error prone when he was our number one and the manager had no choice but to drop him. I think the final straw was away at Portsmouth when he suddenly lost all ability to kick the ball and passed one out if play on the left, one on the right and one straight to their striker. He got games in the checks trade trophy and he carried on doing wonderful things. Punching the ball into his own net down at Southampton being the best.

I sound really down on him but I reckon, given the chance, you may have signed a good keeper here. He just needs a boost.

We've signed left back Joel Taylor from Kidderminster. Any good Kiddy fans?

Out of all our regular he's the one I'd be least arsed about losing, can tell he had his head turned, he's not even guaranteed a starting spot at Fylde so if he wants to play in front of less than a thousand plastic fans instead of 5000 then good luck to him.

He can get caught out defensively against the better sides, good going forward without being quick and is deceptively strong. Wouldn't surprise me if he's back here on loan soon.

I doubt he'd be welcomed back if he didn't have enough respect to tell the manager who brought him back from the non-league doldrums (Step 8 with Northwich Vics) and turned him into a decent step 5 left back, that he wasn't coming in the sign the contract he'd verbally agreed.

If Francis-Angol doesn't move on he'll be a bench warmer and if he does move on, then Fylde are a weaker side.

He won't be the only left back we will sign this summer. We only had Francis-Angol and when he went off on international duty or his form dropped we had noone for cover.

I don't know much about duxbury but from what I saw in the two trophy games, he looked decent enough to replace Zaine.

We’ve signed Joan Luque who was at Lincoln Last season, seems like a decent enough signing. Also Matt Robinson signs a new deal.
Didn't make an impact here.

Came in as a trialist, which seemed to last about 2 months. Played 3 minutes in the league game against Notts County, the League Cup game at Blackburn and then a Checkatrade game at Accrington (in central midfield). And headed off to Bromley at some point, too, but got injured I think. Released by us in January at the end of his short term deal.

Not sure which thread covers Gainsborough, but they've signed Kingsley James.

Duxbury is good and going forward and runs with the ball with a good amount of strength. He can lack concentration at times and when his head drops he's a liability, but overall has been a solid LB for us at NLN level.

He's okay going forwards, but isn't particularly solid defensively and doesn't track back once the ball has gone past him. I don't think most Harriers fans were that bothered that we hadn't offered him a contract to be honest.

According to our source he was offered a contract, but decided to move.

Clovis Kamdjo has joined us from St Albans.

Clovis gives his all and is a cult hero here but that's another mundane Still signing. He's so technically limited. You will have a hard time getting back up next year.

Completed the signing of Michael Raynes from Crewe.

The leader we needed but he's a bit slow and his recent injury record isn't good. Not 100% convinced. Would've let Stockport have him.

Honestly I’m actually happy with his, we need a big rough arsed defender, he fits the bill for me

Must be a decade since I last saw him play but from what I remember he's a bit too similar to Palmer for us anyway. Had a number of weaknesses but made up for it all through sheer effort. Maybe the years have polished his game better, I dunno. Anyway I'd hope for us to raid the NLN a bit rather than look to older heads dropping down the divisions

Yeah agree - once we’d signed Palmer on a new contract I was hoping the Raynes rumour wouldn’t come to fruition.

Our wonderkid Tasdemir has just signed for Peterborough for a 6 figure fee. Superb young player but very rarely played for us.

Saw him the season before last & he looked very good then

He's a very good player. Just found opportunities a bit hard to come by. Loads of potential though and always played well when he came on. Superb business by the club though, from the academy to a substantial 6 figure fee

Peterborough seam to sign 3-4 non league prospects a year and only need 1-2 of them to be hits for it to pay off - that said Tasdemir will probably be one of those that does make it

Mitch Hancox is a very good signing for Solihull Moors. We had him on loan at Crawley a couple of seasons ago and that was the last time we had a decent left back.

The only reason I can think of that he is not playing regularly at a higher level is his lack of inches. His corners and free kicks are decent too.
