We have given you the same you have given us.
The stand actually can hold about 4,750 ish, but why should we let you have 750 seats more noise than what you will be giving us.
Because it's ridiculously petty and does your club out of thousands of pounds of income. It's a brainless decision from a club that clearly doesn't value money.

And hey, the same goes for Coventry. If they don't sell out the home ends at the Ricoh and could have given County a bigger away allocation, then they are idiots too.

Hmmmmm we got you at a bad time, but the point stands, lost also to Barnet pre them being ermmmmm good
Two great teams - GTFC and Barnet, expect the PFA League 2 team of the season will be packed with players from the two clubs...

A club that clearly doesn’t value money??? Have word with yourself lol. With thee share given out to the other 3 play off sides how much do you actually think the lost 500 Cov fans is going to cost the club?

You of all people should be grateful JJ that we don’t value money seeing as Crewe fans benefited from £2 ticket offer for that match.:told:

Damn you NCFC , value money please!!!

We only get 12.5% of each ticket sold according to the owner as all the receipts get shared out between the 4 clubs, so deemed it not worth it.

Sold 2,500 now, how are the Cov sales going?

I am certain we'd give you 5000 if you wanted it.

19, 467 is the record attendance for a L2 play off.

JJ still bitter about Munto then...

The Chairman talks constantly about how we need to become sustainable and is actively trying to address previous wrongs. However, as has been said, all the teams in the play offs only get 12% of revenues. SO there is very little incentives to fill the ground

Tell me it isn’t because of Munto? Lol Surely not, it wasn’t even real. It’s like being scared of monsters under the bed.

I’m glad JJ has gone quiet tbh, good move now the reason has been explained. I’m guessing he simply didn’t factor in the12% share before he went off on one about Notts being brainless , ridiculously petty and don’t value money (that bit was my favourite)

We've waited 20 years to be in the play offs and Notts fans on our forum are debating where to watch the away leg on tv and which hotels they have booked for Wembley. Jesus wept! We deserve to lose for that alone. If we don't sell out 4K to an away game an hour away it's piss poor as the fans jumping the gun are embarrassing.

I believe we are close to 18k sold so far. We should hit around 25k mark. Be s ctsckng atmosphere, fancy is taking a 2 goal lead in the first leg. But we are Cov...anything could happen !!!

I’m sure we would’ve done if we got the gate receipts or even split it 50/50 with Coventry, but half goes straight to the EFL and the remaining half is split four ways, so it’s barely worth it.

We were going to be even more petty and give the minimum allocation with half a stand closed if we got Lincoln, Mansfield or Exeter. :D

14k said your website last night, including the 2.5k from us, so just over 11k Cov. It is POTD too tho, so if the weather is good might be a lot of walk-ups.

I see you have sold your away allocation out within 2 hours this morning tho - good effort!

We’ve given the extra 500, how nice are we? :p

We’re around 3,000 I think, hopefully push up a bit with Friday sales. Surprised it’s not sold quicker (we took more to a last day relegation game at Oldham a couple of years ago), but we do have a particularly high proportion of older fans and families at Notts so the kick off time probably hasn’t helped.

Yea, about 5.30 I think it said that. Someone (sadder than me) reckons we have all but sold out the East stand - That's 15k there, corporate went well also so add you lot and I think 18 is about right. Still don't think we will struggle with well over 20k. For a league 2 game that is good in anyone's book. Reckon we will be all over Meadow Lane next week also. Unless we get thumped Saturday of course ha ha

As long as everyone behaves in the home ends, I have no issue at all, if there is a bit of overspill. My only advice is pick the stand opposite the away end and not the Kop.

Historically there is already enough infighting in their amongst home fans , without the addition of away supporters.

Yeah as long as you keep yourself to yourself you’d be fine in there or probably the Main Stand. Just avoid the Kop.

Agree with Jacob, there’s always a bit of “overflow” when the away team sell out.

I’d actually not suggest the family stand to the left as that also has access to the pub at half time. The main stand opposite would be the best bet, closest to the family stand.
The further right you go along that stand the more of a disagreement you’ll find being there.
Yes the Kop is out of the question, you’ll be found out in minutes as a lot in there have groups that are in the same place each home game.

I have to agree.

Where were the 30k that went to the Crewe game?

Still time I guess.

Exactly, the 'fans' are there somewhere. If there is one game I thought would attract the part-timers it would be a play off match on a Saturday night.

It was a fiver to get in that game. I'll be supporting Coventry in this one as I prefer Notts County away. Exeter to win the final though, get them gone.

£2 ? £5! Whatever it was, cheap as chips. Like JJ said another brainless decision from a club that clearly doesn’t value money. Disgusting

We’ll see what we can do The Alex to keep you and Crewe fans happy. Exeter to go up it is.

They were quite clearly taking about Coventry Vs Crewe and not the £2 offer Notts made. On that point, how Lucky have Crewe fans been for cheap away games?

Anyway onto the game, with both these teams it's Jekyll and Hyde situation, if both teams turn up, it'll be a cracker, if one team turns up it'll be a walkover and if neither team turns up, it'll be a very boring game. I have absolutely no idea how it will turn out so will look forward to finding out how it goes, hopefully in Notts' favour!

My point exactly.

And totally agree about these so inconsistent sides, we better be up for this (and FFS why wouldn’t they?!) if not it’ll be a cakewalk for Cov

Agreed, but this is a far, far bigger game.

The issue is people don't like going to home games. We can sell 4000 away tickets to season ticket holders in minutes but struggle to sell home tickets at the same price.

I know people who don't want to go Saturday but are begging for an away ticket.
