Course they do. And that odd notts county fan who wanks over us all the time obviously does.

Would be good to be on tv, glad we didn't get a crap draw, like Chesterfield did at Bradford hah

So you are churning out the same rubbish and mentioning me in another thread Adam???? Ok , it's just starting to get a little creepy now. Should I start to worry at all, or are we not at that stage yet. At least my self confessed obsession is with someone relatively (in)famous.

And I highly doubt anyone wanks over Mansfield Town FC lol, what are going to do close your eyes and imagine a 4th stand and a proper football league type stadium ? So Mansfield lol

Ahhhh well, dreams and gut feeling completely wrong, tenner down the drain, could have been a nice result, got 75 to 1 on the bet.
Dover away, meh, we like going out to non-league sides, Eastleigh last season..... but our away form is pretty decent..... but will not be surprised if they turn us over!

You got Dartford away, not Dover

One away from Peterborough yet again, seems to happen every time.

We will get beat by Sutton, maybe in a replay, but they will knock us out.

I've a feeling Luton v Pompey will be one of the televised games, also possibly Charlton v Truro and Hyde, Heybridge or Osset (if they get through) for the other (they televise three right?)

I think it would be a massive shame if Luton vs Portsmouth were on TV, this should be the round where all non-league clubs are featured on TV. They already have a dreadful record of showing Man Utd and the like in the 3rd round when they're at home to someone like Reading

Nevertheless though I think they'll find it difficult to ignore what will likely be the biggest potential TV audience of the round.

Solihull Moors or Ossett Town away isn't too bad i suppose, don't think we've played either side before. Whoever it is i would expect Ainsworth to play his best players just so we can earn some money which is always welcome. £18,000 for a 1st round win.

Here's a pointless fact.. Last time Man United weren't on TV for an FA Cup game was the game against ourselves at OT in January '05

I am not convinced that will be the case I don't think Luton vs Portsmouth will be a massive draw outside the respective fanbase the real interest in the 1st Round is the cup upset so Non League Vs league opposition.

Anyone know when they'll be announcing the live games and which ones are being moved to Sunday?

I think you're safe booking train tickets for ours Les!

I'm actually up in Scotland on 1st Round day, going to see Ross County v Motherwell that day for my footy fix. I'm asking for a friend who wants to make sure that ours isn't one of the 8 or so that get moved to the Sunday. I don't think it will be but best to make sure before booking train tickets and hotel.

My wife has a sister in Plymouth and had this been in September or earlier we might have made a weekend of it but I've just had both my kids Birthdays in October hitting me in the wallet so will have to give this one a miss unfortunately.

Cool

Not that we need the money, but another £100k will always help.

May assist Evans buying more players, since the ones he's got don't look good enough

Great draw for Shaw Lane. Excited to see Danny Rose returning to Barnsley.

I’m quite informed of Non-League still but I can genuinely say I have never heard of Shaw Lane until the draw.

It's a shame we're at home that day otherwise it may have been played at Oakwell.

They were in the same Division as Cleethorpes Town the other season, used to be called Shaw Lane Aquaforce then but had to drop the Aquaforce as the FA ban sponsors name within club names above a certain level. They're based in Barnsley. They were only formed in 2012 so have had quite a rise since then.
