Won 5-4 away at local rivals Belper Town thanks to a late double from Bermudan Under 20 International Moziah Solassie. Through to the Third Qualifying Round. Just.

Think i'll go to Deepdale tonight for the Everton game.

Beat Sheff Utd 1-0 in the last round via a Meulensteen penalty.

I left after 90 minutes because it was cold and our players looked dead on their feet but we beat Everton 7-6 on penalties after a 0-0 draw. This side doesn't look to have bags of quality but they're certainly hard to break down.

PNE v Wombles tomorrow. As Wombletom says further up, our lads have an excellent record against bigger teams. It's captured the imagination of our supporters too - a coach is going. Here's hoping that our broadcast team manage to sort out some live commentary.

Beat Wimbledon 3-2 after extra time. Josh Earl, a Melle Meulensteen penalty and a winner from Alex Wood.

Impressive to be in the quarters, our youth setup doesn't get anywhere near the amount of funding as other Championship clubs and our local players just get snapped up by the established academies in the North West, United in particular and now Man City.

Stoke or Brighton next.
