He's awful. This was a really bad managerial appointment. Who can they get to save them now they've already been through Big Sam & Tone?

I don't think that's fair to say he is awful after such a few games. He has to get his way of wanting to play across to the players and get in players he wants (bit late now I know). Maybe he needs to be more flexible in the way he plays but to sack him now seems utterly ludicrous.

But then I'm not a Palace supporter.

I recall a certain Everton fan creaming his undercrackers at the prospect of de Boer getting the Everton job.

He's appalling. Palace need to sack him off ASAP and get Warnock in.

Puncheon says the players are playing for him, and yesterday I'm not sure how they didn't win. Take away Lee's dreadful backpass and it's 0-0. Hennessey only made one other save, while Benteke should have scored and Dann could have had a hattrick with a little more luck.

de Boer will keep Palace up I'm sure.

After 4 games? Seems a bit premature, I thought the whole point of bringing him in was to try and change the style of play? That isn't going to happen in the first 4 games, so they rip all that up and go back to a manager who plays dour football?

I don't think they really ever gave a shit about style of play, It's just good pr to say so. Deep down they only care about results, worst record of any team ever after 4 games? Hit the panic button.

Yes. Sometimes it's obvious when something doesn't fit and there was no point in Palace burying their heads in the sand hoping it was gonna get any better.

Shame imo, De Boer's Palace could have been quite interesting and good to watch.

First top flight team to lose their opening 4 without scoring since 1924. He was shite as predicted. Hodgson will keep them up, FdB wouldn't have come close. Good move by Palace.

This is funny though, tweeted 4 hours ago...

Gus Poyet has quit in China. Does he fancy a return to the Premier League with Palace?
