Personally, I should think they'll be around 17/18K next season, especially if they're near the top 6.

This season is 20k unless away fans can't fill their allocation.

Some of this is fake news, disgusting.

There's an accurate account of what was said on Owlstalk and it makes for much better reading. Our fans are a fucking disgrace at times.

Two bits of QPR 'news' today.

One, is us saying that we cannot stay at Loftus Road and that we need to move. If we can't do the site then we'll have to leave the W12 area.

Loftus Road unsustainable, says Hoos

a stark warning about the sustainability of QPR whilst the club remains at Loftus Road.
Responding to questions from QPR fan groups about the status of the new stadium project, the club has today published a document outlining the significant constraints of Loftus Road.

The R’s have been based at Loftus Road for a hundred years, but the age and size of the stadium, which is not designed for non-matchday use, means the club loses out on millions of pounds of potential revenue every year. Loftus Road is the third smallest capacity ground in the Championship, only ahead of Brentford, who are set to move from their current stadium and Rotherham.

Lee Hoos said: “Fan groups have asked us to set out in more detail the reasons we are looking for a new stadium, which is why we have published this document today.
“We have to face up to the fact that this club is not financially sustainable in the long term whilst we remain at Loftus Road, and we are running out of possible sites near our current home where we could move to.

“The idea of a QPR community stadium – with a new athletics track and community sports facility next door – on the Linford Christie Stadium site represents the only chance of staying in W12.

“If we get the go-ahead to pursue this option we will consult with fans about how any new stadium would work and, crucially, how we retain the best characteristics of Loftus Road.
“In the meantime, we will continue to do everything we can to highlight to the council that QPR is an important part of this local community and that they should help us stay here for the long term.”

Any fans wanting to join the campaign for a new stadium should email SecureRFuture@qpr.co.uk for more information on how to get involved.

The other bit of news is Tony Fernandes saying on Twitter that his time as Chairman is coming to a close. Don't know if he is venting after getting stick for just 1 signing or if he is selling up, or just handing the reigns over to someone else. I am sure he will tweet about it again.

Tony Fernandes has stepped down as as chairmen, but still has the same amount of shares. Amit Bhatia is now back in charge which is a great move for us, presuming he ups his stake as he only has about 4% of the club.

Was that partnership suggested after Luke Hyam’s ‘horror’ tackle on Alan Judge?

I'm confused.
Are Derby skipping the great early-season performance and optimism this season and going direct to hopeless mediocrity, disappointment and heart break?

I don't think we've ever got off to a flyer. Clement and Rowett were under pressure after poor starts. Clough was sacked. Pearson was sacked.

It's a bit early for us, we normally kick into gear in October to set us up nicely for the post Christmas collapse.

The xG graph based on performances so far, seen people mention it as useful last season when apparently Fulham were near the bottom of the league with Brentford but both were near the top of this graph and as the season went on climbed the table to match.

Shows that Wigan, West Brom Norwich not getting the results that performances have deserved.

Derby, Swansea and Bolton massively riding their luck and if performances continue in this manner would be expected to plummet down the table. Surprised at Preston, those stats look very concerning for a side tipped to do well, Neil has a habit of going off the boil. Ipswich look in all sorts of trouble.

Apart from that everyone else is generally where they should be based on performances so far. League definitely talking shape already.

We’ve not played well once yet, struggling massively.
