Anderson is playing silly buggers so he has been given time to contemplate, it does mean that HE is now liable for the £1.2m to HMRC, no ones going to lend him any to pay for it so I hope and expect something to happen Tuesday at the latest, but as in the other thread, if it doesn't we are gone

Threatening to sue Derby re FFP, I don't agree with what Derby did and I've heard we are doing re the stadium sale but as I've said before FFP in its current form can't work, sides relegated from above have huge financial advantages so clubs have to be cute.
If owners are financially solvent enough to put in the equivalent of Parachute Payments to ensure they can have a fair crack then it shouldn't be penalised, to me it's a restriction of trade.
