Bizarre that of all the teams they could have included, it could have been Gateshead and Hartlepool or Barrow but no, two teams from the London area instead, one of whom struggles to take more than a dozen to local away games. Can't wait now till Borehamwood get drawn away to Elgin City.

But it’s not bizarre. Boreham Wood were the play off losers and Sutton finished 3rd in the league (behind the 2 promoted teams). It’s not as if the organisers looked at the whole league, saw those two teams and thought “Oh yes, these two will improve our cup..”.

They'll regret inviting BHW.

Be funny to see 1 of the english teams do really well & show up the scottish teams
Can't see why BW or Sutton would want all those extra games tbh

The fact that Jordan White has just joined Inverness despite being no better than Conference North standard probably means the English sides might do alright.

We're always releasing players and seeing them rock up in the SPL, just six months ago Aberdeen signed a player from us, for money despite him just being a squad player for us.

Yeah, the top of the Scottish Championship is about mid-table National League standard IMO. If you look at some of the SPL clubs, they’re full of ex-National League and League 2 players.

Not really sure what the Irn-Bru cup is but sending Sutton and Boreham Wood to Scotland sounds a quite EXCELLENT IDEA

If it can be made PERMANENT then that'd be EVEN BETTER

I'd rather we move to Wales, ta. Saves my personal travel costs.

However if we did move permanently who would there be for Kingstonian to be jealous of? You're just shooting yourself in the foot there

We'll always have Woking. They are a more tangible target for us these days :)

After seeing this i'm quite glad we lost at Sutton so we have avoided this. Going to some village in Northern Ireland on a Tuesday night doesn't interest me
