Decent following. Commiserations JF, must have been tough that.
Even allowing for us pushing forward the latter two goals sounded soft (from our pov, basics done well by Newport) and I don't think we actually troubled their keeper once. Just over 2,000 home fans again still despite the dross on show which is progress for us of sorts. Even that won't last at this rate. least I'll have no problem getting a seat on the away coach on my visit home in November.

595 Stevenage fans in a crowd of 9208. Poor turnout given the short distance and their position in the league prior to the game. Maybe they sensed they were going to get a hiding.

Luton away tickets sold out within hours of going on general sale. Shame the allocation couldn't have been extended.

That's the max allocation these days due to the away end being split between home and away fans and police demanding a certain number of segregating seats.

Home ends will be sold out too for that one by the looks of things so should be a good atmosphere and (if everyone turns up) hopefully a 10k crowd.

The home ends will also sell out so no point in giving Coventry more tickets. If there was no chance of that happening there might have been a case to give you more. It won't be the first time we could have got a lot higher attendance but KR has a very limited capacity, of just over 10k. This is one of the major reasons we are looking to move (Power Court planning application), well that and the fact the stadium is outdated and expensive to run restricting any chance to increase income.

It is what it is but prob would have shifted 2,500/3,000 for this

Regardless, I am very excited to go to Luton. Went there for a pre-season friendly a few years ago and loved it.

Even before we split the away end with part to home fans the max away allocation was like 1,800 (actually I think in more recent years it was reduced to more like 1,500 as we couldn't get a safety certificate for a completely full Oak Road due to the small number of fire exits). Majorly limited by our capacity for games against teams with a proper following, although for 90% of games in this division the 1,000 ish max allocation is way more than enough, only a handful of teams have shifted that many since we've been back in the league.
